Removing the existing roof treatment of any description completely including padding concrete, Screed bed and removal of all the debris from the site and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed by the Eng-in-Charge

Roughening surfaces of old concrete flooring by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc, and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per Sqm

PCC 25mm thick (average thickness) 1:2:4 mix type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded aggregate) as in leveling course on roof surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Level sheet for the roof top will be maintained before carrying out any repair work duly approved by the GE.

Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) over roof surface/ chajja etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with Water proofing compound complete all as specified Note : (i) Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately)

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges cills, coving, steps, seismic and similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs and the like including platform for tanks, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating mixed with liquid wwater proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction including form work all as directed. (Note : Liquid water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately).

Supply only Liqid water proofing compound

Cutting grooves in brick wall, of size not more than 20mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with CM 1:3 mixed with Liquid water proofing compond as per the Manufacturers Instructions.

Preparing the rendered surface thoroughly to remove all loose particles, dirt / dust particles and applying a uniform coat of blown grade bitumen VG-10 @ 1.20 kg/sqm conforming to IS-702 over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.70 Litres / Sqm followed by 3mm thick weighing not less than 3.80 kg / sqm APP membrane reinforced with polyster non woven fabric HMHDPE matt black laid on primed surface by torch application complete all as specified and directed by the Eng-in-Charge. Note : (i) The make of the APP Membrane will be approved by the Accepting Officer along with the details of the authorised applicator of the manufacturer duly recommended by the GE

Hydraulically pressed burnt clay tile machine made of size 200 x 200 x 19/20 mm laid over screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 jointed and pointed in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement complete all as per the manufacturers Instructions Note : (i) Sample of the Clay Tile along with complete details and manufacturers testing certificate will be submitted will be submitted to the Accepting Officer duly recommended by the GE for approval.

Disconnecting PVC tanks 500 litres capacity, setting aside (or lowering as required) for repairs, cleaning, etc., and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position.

Taking up or down 25mm dia steel tubing and connections incl cleaning for refixing or removal from site

PPR Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes 50 mm outer dia 3-layer SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc in repairs complete all as specified and as directed Note : The quoted rate is inclusive of cutting chases or making holes in brick walls for concealed water tubing, making good to facings where required not exc 10 cm girth

All as per Item No 18 above but for 25mm bore fixed to walls, ceilings or laid in floors

Gun metal (Bronze) Gate, globe/Wheel Valve 50mm bore dia of pipes with Iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed in repairs. Make - Kartar (K604) or equivalent of makes listed here-in-after.

All as per Item No 20 above but for 25 mm bore GI tubing

Ball valve PTMT with epoxy coated aluminimum rod for 25 mm bore pipe high pressure with polythelene high density float and complete screwed for iron pipe fixed in repair.

PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls of bore 110mm as in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC SWR bend any radius 110 mm dia as in repairs complete all as specified and as directed Make - Prayag (Cat Pt No 5110/ 5111) or equivalent of makes listed here-in-after.

Dismantling of ceiling board of any thickness including aluminium snap grid/ cover fillets all spacified and as directed

GI frame work of (605 x 605) mm size grid for seamless ceiing comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to sorrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre / intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and incl ceiling section of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre complete all as specified.

Non-asbestos fibre cement building boards 4mm thick fixed to GI framework with screws in ceiling fixed in jointless finish with jointing compound and jointing tape as per manufacturer instructions complete.

Preparing ceiling surface even and smooth by providing and applying plaster of paris 1mm thick and applying two coat of Oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed by the Eng-In-Charge.

M&L for preparing of old painted wall surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distember complete all as specified and directed by the Eng-In-Charge.
