Annual Comprehensive maintenance contract for RO plant including pumps, controller, Ro membrances, carbon filter, prefilter, sand filter, housing, piping, connectors, power supply, taps, hardwares, servicing and repairing of plant as per schedule, replacement of consumables, daily monitoring, water testing on site like TDS, Ph etc. are included. Quoted rate shall be including monthly preventive maintenance of plant,monthly servicing and monthly cleaning of RO Pipe Line including Pre-filter replacement. Attending break-down call within 03 hrs. It included providing all material, chemicals etc. for day to day operation and breakdown. Nothing extra shall be paid. AMC payment shall be done on monthly basis. Quoted rate shall be replacing of consumable filters , RO Membrane, UV light etc to keep plant running. Mandatory replacement schedule as per tender document. Comprehensive AMC includes Raw water pump, Pressure sandfilter, Activated carbon filter, Micron filteration, antiscalent dosing system, High pressure pump, RO membrane elements, Pressure tube, electrical panel, Pressure guages, Rotometer, conductivity meter, Piping, electrical wiring, controller, Plumbing hardware, prepfilters, UV tube, UV chamber, interlocks, float valve, control cabling, Solenoid valve, sensors etc. all inclusive to run the plant in healthy and efficient manners.
