Labour only for attending day to day external (treated water supply of STP) complaints of the various areas as mentioned in subject work of all nature including grey water pipe leakage i.e leakage in water supply pipe lines, fitting/fixture, over flow of overhead tank, no water supply in supply tank and taking out water from trenches during repair including write down the complaints in complaint register book complete all as specified and as directed. (Note 1 :- Any material required for attending complaints for rectification shall be measured and paid separately under respective item herein after) (Note 2 :- Quoted rates includes following other aspects as srl No. 2 (i) to 2 (xiii) below).

Labour only for attending of Electric supply compliants of day to day maintenace of existing LT Panels including connecting electrical accessories / spares of water supply installation and electrical fitting & light, short circuits in Pump house of the areas as mentioned in subject work complete all as specified and as directed. (Note 1 :- Any material required for attending complaints for rectification shall be measured and paid separately under respective item herein after) (Note 2 :- Quoted rates includes following other aspects as srl No. 2 (i) to 2 (xiii) below).

Notes for item No. 1.00 & 2.00 (i) The complaints shall be attended and the defects shall be rectified by a team of expert and experienced electrician/plumber as applicable assisted with adequate numbers of helpers complete all as specified and as directed. Minimum requirements of skilled and unskilled workers for whole contract period are as under:- (a) One plumber or fitter with one helper. (b) One Electrician or fitter with one helper. (ii) Requirement of additional workers if required for rectification of any complaint (occationally) will be provided by contractor on urgent requirement basis as directed by EIC without any extra cost.

(iii) The complaints shall be attended and defect shall be rectified within 04 hrs commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint failing which a penalty @ Rs 250/- per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied upon/imposed on the contractor and recovery shall be made from contractor's dues. Contractor shall appoint supervisor / staff for receive and register of complaints received in person/through telephone/mobile whatsapp and issue and control contractors stores and workers will required to available within time daily at 0800 hrs to 2000 Hrs to receive and notify each complaint. Attendence register of workers daily basis will provided by the contractor supervisor must be technically qualified and minimum 12th passed with adepuate experience of management of electrical/plumbing team work duly signed by JE E/M & Eng-in-Charge.

(iv) In case, after checking and attending the defect, it is not possible to rectify the defects within 08 hrs the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engineer-in -charge by the contractor /his rep . If Engineer -in-charge is satisfied with contractors view, no recovery will be made.

(v) While attending the complaint of treated STP water supply /Electric supply, if earth work is required then the same shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of Sch 'A' . However no extra payments shall be made for dewatering.

(vi) Cutting of GI pipe in position and threading is also deemed to be included in the job rate (Fitting and fixtures will be measured and paid separetely under respective item of Sch A.

(vii) All T & P including safety gears required for attending the complaints shall be provided by the contracor.

(viii) The elecrician shall always be in possession of all Electrician tools , LT Megger, Earth tester , Multimeter , Crimping tool, insulation tape, Hand gloves & water purification test kits for TDS & turbudity etc required at site.

(ix) Old retrived materials, will be deposited by contractor to MES store yard of AGE (U) Water Supply No III at contractor's own arrangement and necessary RV attached with RAR / Final bill mentioning ledger number & page number. Please note that if any material retrieved from excavation/demolition/taking down from site misplaced by contractor then the same will be recovered @ double of market rate from contractor's dues. Hence contractor will provide security to the material or deposit in the same day & kept receipt from deptt. (x) All the fitting /fixtures as mention below item No 3 to 28 and 44to46 & 51to55 of BOQ shall be procured by contractor in one time and the same shall be kept with safe custory of Eng-in-charge store yard at contractor's own arrangement and issue RV to contractor. Piecmeal requirement of fixing of fittings as required at site will be issued by JE (E/M) through Baby indent. Proper register will maintained by contractor for consumption of materials at site with showing debit complaint wise. The same register will be signed by JE (E/M) & Eng-in-Charge and produced with RAR/Final bill. (xi) First RAR will be submitted by contractor for material lying at site only.

(xii) A BOO will be ordered for getting verified of daily consumption of petty repair fittings/fixture items supplied by contractor and issue through Baby Indent daily wise as per received complaints. (xiii) Contractor will be procure bulk material after approved of make of fittings from GE and submit valid e-way bill & Tax Invoice with MTC to EIC for making payment. Purchase voucher / Tax Invoice wil be got verified online from stockist/dealer defacing by EIC.
