Note:- Ser item no. 1.00 to 4.00 also includes the under mentioned scope of work & cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates:- (a) Cleaning of transformer. (b) Testing the Transformer for IR Values(Megger Test) (c) Checking/servicing/calibration of WTI for healthiness. (d) Disconnection of Transformer HV/LV terminations for testing work and re-connections after completion of repair work. (e) Commissioning and necessary testing of transformer after completion of work.

M&L for attending breakdown /inspection of 1600KVA transformer to check and replace any spare parts related to breakdown complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for attending breakdown /inspection of 100KVA-315KVA transformer to check and replace any spare parts related breakdown complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for servicing, calibration and testing of 11KV HT relay provided with VCBs HT panel of any make and type such as instantaneous earth fault, under voltage, over current and setting the time for proper tripping with respect of MES/BSES incoming tripping with the relay testing equipment and shall submit necessary certificate for the same complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for servicing, renewal/replacement of defective part of HT 11 KV 630 Amps VCBs complete taking out from HT panel, opening all covers and cleaning internally and externally all contacts, spring and motor charging mechanism, opening of tripping system including adjustment, tightening & setting of contact male and female & inserting it in its original position & VCB out put side connectivity busbars from CT to cable to be insulated by using HT heat shrinkable sleeve (11000 V grade ) and testing etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for attending breakdown /inspection of HT 11KV 630 Amps VCB to check and replace any spare parts related breakdown complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for servicing, renewal/replacement of defective part of SF-6 circuit breaker including cleaning all parts internally and externally checking of the proper tension of the springs mechanism, tightening of connection of moving/ fixed contract, floating contacts, charging system and checking of SF-6 gas for any leakage and re-fixing it on its original position including testing and shall submit necessary certificate for the same complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for attending breakdown /inspection of SF-6 panel circuit breakers to check and replace any spare parts related breakdown complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for Ser item No. 1.00 to 13.00:- (i) Servicing/ attending complaint/ maintenance/repair etc. shall be carried out by ITI qualified tradesman having minimum three years working experience . (ii) All Measuring equipments and T&P required shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) Cost of any other activity/ minor items/ spare parts required for smooth functioning of equipments shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates and no extra payment will bemade on this account. (iv) Major Spare parts shall be paid separately under relevant item as supply only. However fixing charges shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (v) A sum of Rs. 5000/- will be recovered from the contractor for non rectification of breakdown/fault or replacement of any unserviceable spares after 12 hours from lodging of complaint telephonically or verbally. (vi) Thereafter Rs. 1000/- will be added every day till rectification of fault or replacement of unserviceable spares as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Testing the dielectric strength of transformer oil of the transformers installed at various sub stn at/on floor/pole before dehydration and dehydrating and filtering the transformer oil with dehydration machine to achieve dielectric strength of the oil up to 50 KV at 2.5 mm gap as per IS standard, complete all as specified & directed. Note : The transformer dehydration machine and dielectric strength testing machine shall be arranged/brought by contractor at site and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.

M&L for attending complaint, repairing and making serviceable 110V/ 100AH battery charger installed at HT installations complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Cost of only minor spare part such as control wiring, fuse, nut bolts, thimbles etc. is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of HT VCB/SF6 panel any type & description and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour by spray painting machine on outside body of the HT VCB/SF6 panel and writing letter SM/MES No etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparing old painted surface of transformer of outdoor / indoor type of capacity 1000 KVA to 1600 KVA, any type, description by cleaning dirt, oil, grease etc., removing the old paint, rust by scratching with wire brush / emery paper etc., after disconnecting HT/LT electric connection from both primary and secondary side of transformer and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour on out side body of the transformer by spray painting and writing of letter HT/LT/ SM MES No etc. and making all HT/LT electric connections and testing the same complete all as specified & directed.

Note for Ser item No. 44.00 to 47.00: - (a) The compressor and spray machine etc. shall be arranged/ brought by contractor at site and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor for this effect. (b) Volt meter, Ammeter, relays etc. on panel / Transformer should be covered properly at the time of painting and after painting if any damage occurred to the existing display or any item then the same will be replaced by contractor with out any extra cost.

Fault detection by bringing fault detector machine with skilled tradesmen to detect the fault at site in the high potential HT cable of any sizes, including digging up to fault to show only and marking the place where fault detected complete all as directed.

Supplying and laying in replacement reinforced precast concrete cable cover , class HV, type 1, flat, size 300mmx180mmx40mm for cable protection complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified & directed.

Note for Ser item No. 62.00 to 67.00: - (i) The end termination and straight through joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and protection cover will be measured and paid separately.

Taking shut down of HT electric supply, disconnecting electric connection and taking out HT XLPE cable of size upto 400 sqmm carefully without damaging/disturbing other cable/services from ducts / trenches. Cleaning of ducts, shifting/ Relaying of HT cable and making all electric connection complete all as specified and directed. Notes : - 1. Cable joint, Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and protection cover will be measured and paid separately. 2. The duct has number of existing cable/services if any cable is damaged or services are disturbed during the execution of work, contractor has to replace/made it serviceable without any extra cost to department.

M&L in replacement of plate earthing complete with copper plate electrode 60cm×60cm ×3.15mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of clear coal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15cm on all sides and including copper earth strip 20 x 3 mm bolted (with nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to metallic bodies of equipments etc., earth strip encased in and including 40 mm bore GI medium grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate to body of equipment fixed with and including flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth plate to ground level for watering complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) and RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation & earth work, etc. as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed. Note: i) Rate included for Adequate quantity of charcoal dust, common salt and Testing commissioning including checking of earth continuity and earth result complete all as specified and as directed. ii) Rates for Main earthing lead & protection pipe from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 metre will deemed to be included in quoted rates. iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

M&L in replacement of plate earthing complete with galvanized mild steel plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of clear coal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15cm on all sides and including 4 mm dia wire as earthing lead bolted (with nuts, bolts & check nuts) and connected to metallic bodies of equipments etc., earth lead encased in and including 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate to body of equipment fixed with and including flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth plate to ground level for watering complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) and RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation & earth work, etc. as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling gang operated air break switch with drop out unit (GOD & DO) of any capacities vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism complete all as specified & directed.

Supply , Installation, testing and commissioning HT 11KV three phase gang operated air break switch with drop out unit (GOD & DO) having 12 nos. insulators, suitable for out door type and vertical mounting fixed type of rating up to 400 A including operating bar and GI pipe of suitable size & length to operate from ground including locking arrangement complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber of shingle or gravels 100 mm spread thickness, including clearance of existing surface along with making neat & clean surrounding area of HT fencing before spreading of gravels complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Expanded metal weight per square metre not exceeding 4 Kg, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples complete to wood or steel members including taking down old fencing complete all as specified & directed. Note: MS frame /Angle work will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, angle iron , flats and back plates fabricated from MS steel sections including nuts, bolts and washers of suitable sizes including welding, bending (cold or hot), drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint including taking down old cross arms etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete 1:4:8 type D2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size , straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast & pre-polished coloured concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size of 80mm thick with grey cement & pigment of M-40 grade laid over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Note:-( for item No 1 to 82) (i) It is not mandatory to hand over the work site/ installation to the Contractor in one stretch. (ii) It may be handed over in peace-meal as and when the site/installation/Equipment are available/ shutdown is given by user including Sunday/ Holiday/ Night Hrs. Contractor shall make/ changes the execution plan accordingly. Any claim what so ever on this account shall not be admissible. (iii) Bidders are requested to visit the site before quoting the rate & understand the nature and quantum of work any claim what so ever on this account shall not be admissible on later stage.
