Civil Works Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures in all types of soil as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, shoring, strutting and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom to required level and line, backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required including compaction and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work including all Cost, Conveyance, royalties of all materials, labour, T and P, cess and machinaries required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Filling sand in foundation and plinth with sand including watering ramming complete with all leads and lifts etc., complete including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities, DMF, EMF, additional charges of all materials with labour and T and P required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of prop (1:4:8) using 4cm size H.G. metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers, watering and curing etc., complete including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities, DMF, EMF, additional charges of all materials with labour and TandP required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size H. G. chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers, watering, curing etc., complete including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities, DMF, EMF, additional charges of all materials with labour and TandP required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Flyash brick masonary in C.M.(1:6) in Foundation and Plinth using 9" size flyash bricks including splays cutting, circular moulding, champering and corbelling, watering and curing etc., complete including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities, DMF, EMF, additional charges of all materials with labour and TandP required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work in M-20 using 20mm using size CB chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers, watering and curing for four weeks, centering, shuttering and finishing exposed surface smooth including all cost, conveyance, cess and royalities, of all materials with labour and TandP required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. a) Column Base
