M&L for road line painting 100mm wide or width as directed with golden yellow/white thermostatic compound with reflectorised glass beads on bituminous road, providing and laying of hot applied thermostatic compound 2.5mm thick including glass beads @ 250gm per sqm area thickness 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied, glass beads as per IRC-35. The finish surface to be level and uniform and free from streaks and holes in addition where arrows or letter to be provided thermoplastic compound may be hard spalayed. The colour of compound shall be as directed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning of OEM manufactured, static silent (sound proof enclosure), Disel engine driven generating set capable of delivering 62.5 KVA, water cooled, 415 volts (AC, 3 phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. (iv) IN BUILT AMF CONTROL PANAL : Factory made, cubical type, in-built AMF panel borad, indoor type made out of MS angle not less than 25 x 25 x 5 mm and 2 mm thick MS CRCA sheet, front opening type, protection class IP-54, duly powder coated after seven tank process, with electrolytic grade copper bus bar of 100 Amps capacity for four poles, with all standard switchgear and protection, internal wiring of adequate size PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable etc and also consisting of following :- (a) MCCB, 100 Amp, 415 Volts rating, 4 pole, 25 kA rupturing capacity, specially fixed for incoming supply with over load relay, short circuit and fault protection – 01 No with suitable rating HRC back up fuses. (b) AMF logic panel including wiring, power contractor with MCCB suitable capacity for DG Set of main supply, single phase preventor, digital multifunction meter (showing Amps, Volts, Hz, KWH etc.) Emergency stop Button, DG Set over load, High water temp, Low lub oil pressure, Auto charging unit and failure to start, Phase indication lamp LED type RYB including all relays, circuit and protection required for automatic operation of DG Set. (v) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE : Sheet metal fabricated cope type, silent enclosure, manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and powder coated after seven tank process; the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 M at 75% load under field condition and OX, 70 DB at 3 M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load alongwith testing conformance, lebelling certification etc as laid down in GSR No. 371 (E) dt 17 May 2002. (vi) Foundation / Plinth / Base : shall be provided as per manufacturers recommendations with atleast 0.5m all round space for easy of movement and 0.5m height (minimum). (vii) Diesel storage tank : shall be as per manufacturers specifications. (viii) MISC: Toolkit, operation & maintenance catalogue, spare part list, overhauling manuals, gurantee card, etc shall be provided as per manufacturers standard practices without any extra cost to the department.

S&F Polyster blend Zebra blinds with all fittings & fixtures for windows as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25mm high density polythelene pipes of pressure rating 6kg/ sq cm concealed in walls, or laid in trenches, etc complete all as specified and directed.

PROVISIONAL LUMP SUM NOTE:- (a) This sum shall be executed wholly or in part as directed by the GE and the work shall be carried out to the extent ordered in writing by the GE. The work under provisional lump sum shall be measured and paid for at the applicable (or prorata) rate in MES schedule adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor. (Contractor to quote lumpsum amount which will be converted to percentage over /below)
