Taking down aluminum door shutter carefully and refixing the same in position replacing rubber bead, worn-out door closer mortice lock and replacing existing broken aluminium section / glass / wire cloth / Bakelite sheet, if any and making door shutter serviceable, for work complete all as specified and directed. Note - Aluminum Section / Glass / wire cloth / Bakelite sheet, shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. Fixing element of these items shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Taking down aluminum window shutter carefully and refixing the same in position replacing rubber bead, worn-out handles and replacing existing broken Aluminum section / glass/wire cloth/backlite sheet, if any, and making window shutter serviceable, complete all as specified and directed. Note - Aluminum section / Glass / wire cloth / Bakelite sheet, handle etc shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. Fixing by element of these items shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each complete as specified and directed.

The entire cleaning process shall be carried out without damaging the water tank. Note : 1) Spare parts like capacitor, bush and bearing will be measured and paid separately under respective items. 2) winding fan warrenty will be one year.
