PERIODICAL SERVICES TO EXTERNAL SURFACE OF BLDG IN PXE AT CHANDIPUR

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster with WPC (water proofing compound) as per manufacturers instruction) on external surfaces of brick work in CM 1:4 and surface to be finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed (Note-WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M & L Extra for providing and mixing WPC (water proofing material) in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturers complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade:New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for complete removal of dry or oil bound distemper, water proofng cement paint, synthetic paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs and preparation to surfaces complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

M &b L for finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade over old plastered surfaces (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over and including a primimg coat of exterior wall primer complete all as specified and directed .(Note : Bldg height up to 10 m and necessary steel/bamboo proops may be provided where are necessary.Cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted cost)

M & L for lettering Black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture all as specified and directed byb Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old painted plastered surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed (Note- Executed for foot path side wall paint of Black and Yellow)

M & L for prepararation of old Painted surfaces of steel and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint to steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removal of all contaminants such as dirt, grease, oil, dust etc with soap powder solutionusing a scrubbing brush or by scrapping, sand papering on foot path and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches with pointing, etc and applying one coats of apex floor guard paint (applied @ 3.10 ltr/10 sqm) as per the direction/instruction of manufacturer with necessary tools complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old surfaces of wood and wood based surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
