Attending Periodical maintenance works of Gas Booster Compressors: Charges for periodical maintenance of Gas Booster Compressors for visual inspection of gas, air, oil and water piping system for leaks and general checks for proper functioning of the system and attending the corrective action as per the direction of engineer in-charge, up keeping of the Twin oil Coolers, Duplex Filter housings, 8Nos of Gas Coolers, LP and HP compressor, gearbox, lube oil pumps by thorough external cleaning and keeping the floor, platform of the houses clean and tidy, checking the oil level and topping up of the lube oil using centrifuge as required, climbing up and visual inspection of expansion oil tank and connected pipe lines for any leakages and attending any other minor unforeseen works related to the mechanical maintenance of the system as directed by the Engineer in-charge
Attending Periodical maintenance works of Gas conditioning skid. Charges for periodical maintenance of Gas conditioning skid, visual inspection of gas leaks and general checks for the proper functioning of the system and attending minor corrective action as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge in the Gas scrubber, Gas conditioning skid and the Gas drain collection tank, Up keeping of the Gas scrubber, Gas conditioning skid and the Gas drain collection tank by thorough external cleaning and keeping the system clean and tidy, Draining of condensates from the scrubber, various locations in the conditioning skid and any other unforeseen minor works related to the mechanical maintenance as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
Attending Periodical maintenance works of the Gas Turbine (59.9 MW), GT Accessories like Lube oil skid, Gas skid, Mist Eliminator & Exhaust system of Gas Turbine: Charges for periodical maintenance of Gas Turbine for any abnormal sound and temperature and visual inspection of gas, water, air and lube oil piping system for leaks, leaky gaskets, pump and valve packing leaks, vibration of piping and general checks and attending the corrective action required as per the direction of the Engineer in-charge. In GT Accessories Module (Lube oil skid and Gas skid) inspecting the Pumps system for piping connection for any loose hardware, accumulator system pipe line, hydraulic manifolds leakage checking and attending the leaks, Checking the lube oil tank level (Ref Spec)
Attending Periodical maintenance works in the Inlet Air filter house & Air Processing unit of GT: Charges for periodical maintenance of GT Air Processing Unit (APU) & Inlet Air Filter House of GT for any abnormal sound. Checking the air processing unit for proper functioning of the unit, draining the moisture collected in the APU, checking & attending minor Air leak in the Air filter house, replacement of damaged Air flexible hoses for leak proof system to ensure proper compression and attending any other unforeseen minor works related to the mechanical maintenance as directed by the Engineer in - charge

Breakdown Maintenance
Attending Breakdown maintenance works of Seal air fans of Diverter damper, Guillotine damper and 88 TK fans: Dismantling the outer cover and gasket. Disconnecting the fan from motor shaft and cleaning of fan housing. Inspecting the NRV for any damage, Reassembling the fan on motor shaft and closing the cover with new gasket in place. Removal of bearings of NRV flap, inspecting them for healthiness and replacing if necessary. (Bearings will be supplied by the Board.) Packing grease and reassembling the NRV & normalizing as directed by the Engineer in-charge

GT Diverter Damper Manual operation during failure of Auto operation: Charges for manual operation of Diverter Damper by enabling local mode & engaging the clutch lever & applying enormous manpower to rotate the manual hand lever to facilitate open/close of Diverter Damper in case of failure of auto operation of Diverter Damper as per the direction of engineer-in-charge
Attending Breakdown maintenance works of oil Centrifuges: Opening the collecting cover, unscrewing the lock rings using special tools, lifting off of gravity disc, disc stack and distributor, lifting out bowl body, disconnecting piping connections removing the outlet parts, soaking and cleaning of all parts thoroughly, Removing the outlet housing, separator bowl, Removing the pump assembly, inspecting the bushings and wear of seals, replacing them with new one supplied by the Board, Dismantling of worm and worn wheel for inspection, replacing of components supplied by the Board, Cleaning of oil sump, Dismantling the horizontal driving device, replacing worm shaft if damaged. Charges for condition monitoring and inspection of Hot well sump and STG flash tank, STG waste oil sump pumps, cleaning and keeping the area clean and tidy, attending any defects like manhole leaks, flange leaks etc. by tightening the flanges or by changing the gasket, applying grease to all hand operated valves and easing the operation of the valves as per the direction of Engineer – in- charge
Charges for welding joints upto 100mm per joint in steam & water lines and support structures by welding including removal of the insulation, refixing the insulation after testing the weld by using DPT kit as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

All Chemical Concentration and Chemical Parameters are maintained in CEP Deaerator, HP, IP, LP of Feed, Boiler, Saturated Steam, Main Steam Water on round the clock basis. During Unit Startup time Chemical values are maintained in Hydraulic Test of Deaerator, Boiler and Steam System.
