Periodical Maintenance

Attending Periodical maintenance works of Gas Booster Compressors: Charges for periodical maintenance of Gas Booster Compressors for visual inspection of gas, air, oil and water piping system for leaks and general checks for proper functioning of the system and attending the corrective action as per the direction of engineer in-charge, up keeping of the Twin oil Coolers, Duplex Filter housings, 8Nos of Gas Coolers, LP and HP compressor, gearbox, lube oil pumps by thorough external cleaning and keeping the floor, platform of the houses clean and tidy, checking the oil level and topping up of the lube oil using centrifuge as required, climbing up and visual inspection of expansion oil tank and connected pipe lines for any leakages and attending any other minor unforeseen works related to the mechanical maintenance of the system as directed by the Engineer in-charge

Attending Periodical maintenance works of Gas conditioning skid. Charges for periodical maintenance of Gas conditioning skid, visual inspection of gas leaks and general checks for the proper functioning of the system and attending minor corrective action as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge in the Gas scrubber, Gas conditioning skid and the Gas drain collection tank, Up keeping of the Gas scrubber, Gas conditioning skid and the Gas drain collection tank by thorough external cleaning and keeping the system clean and tidy, Draining of condensates from the scrubber, various locations in the conditioning skid and any other unforeseen minor works related to the mechanical maintenance as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Attending Periodical maintenance works of the Gas Turbine (59.9 MW), GT Accessories like Lube oil skid, Gas skid, Mist Eliminator & Exhaust system of Gas Turbine: Charges for periodical maintenance of Gas Turbine for any abnormal sound and temperature and visual inspection of gas, water, air and lube oil piping system for leaks, leaky gaskets, pump and valve packing leaks, vibration of piping and general checks and attending the corrective action required as per the direction of the Engineer in-charge. In GT Accessories Module (Lube oil skid and Gas skid) inspecting the Pumps system for piping connection for any loose hardware, accumulator system pipe line, hydraulic manifolds leakage checking and attending the leaks, Checking the lube oil tank level (Ref Spec)

Attending Periodical maintenance works in the Inlet Air filter house & Air Processing unit of GT: Charges for periodical maintenance of GT Air Processing Unit (APU) & Inlet Air Filter House of GT for any abnormal sound. Checking the air processing unit for proper functioning of the unit, draining the moisture collected in the APU, checking & attending minor Air leak in the Air filter house, replacement of damaged Air flexible hoses for leak proof system to ensure proper compression and attending any other unforeseen minor works related to the mechanical maintenance as directed by the Engineer in - charge

Attending Periodical maintenance works of Gas Turbine ventilation fans, blowers and cooling and sealing air fans:Turbine compartment cooling air fan : 4 NosTurbine Exhaust frame air blower : 2 NosGT Lube oil skid cooling fans : 2 NosGT Gas vale compartment cooling air fan : 2 NosGT Load compartment cooling fan : 2 NosDD Seal air fans : 2 NosGD Seal air fans : 2 NosCharges for periodical maintenance of Gas Turbine ventilation fans, blowers and cooling and sealing air fans by thorough cleaning of the fan casings and the dampers, greasing the damper’s actuators and check for free operation of the standby dampers, Checking the tightness of bed bolts of all the above fans, Inspecting and up keeping of all cooling sealing air fans for proper functioning as per the direction of Engineer in-charge and any other unforeseen minor works related to the mechanical maintenance as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Operational Assistance for routine change over of equipments: Charges for providing operation assistance during change over of GT auxillaries such as 88TK, 88BT,88BX, 88VG,88BL, 88VL, 88QV, DD seal air fan & GD seal air fan, checking of damper operation, vibration checks and attending any other unforeseen minor works related to the mechanical maintenance as directed by the Engineer in - charge

Breakdown Maintenance

Attending Breakdown maintenance works of Seal air fans of Diverter damper, Guillotine damper and 88 TK fans: Dismantling the outer cover and gasket. Disconnecting the fan from motor shaft and cleaning of fan housing. Inspecting the NRV for any damage, Reassembling the fan on motor shaft and closing the cover with new gasket in place. Removal of bearings of NRV flap, inspecting them for healthiness and replacing if necessary. (Bearings will be supplied by the Board.) Packing grease and reassembling the NRV & normalizing as directed by the Engineer in-charge

GT Guillotine / Diverter damper inspection work : This work involves GT Guillotine damper manhole door and Diverter damper manhole door open and visual inspection and manhole door closing work and manual opening and closing of GD & DD as per the direction of Engineer – in - charge

GT Diverter Damper Manual operation during failure of Auto operation: Charges for manual operation of Diverter Damper by enabling local mode & engaging the clutch lever & applying enormous manpower to rotate the manual hand lever to facilitate open/close of Diverter Damper in case of failure of auto operation of Diverter Damper as per the direction of engineer-in-charge

Attending Breakdown maintenance works of oil Centrifuges: Opening the collecting cover, unscrewing the lock rings using special tools, lifting off of gravity disc, disc stack and distributor, lifting out bowl body, disconnecting piping connections removing the outlet parts, soaking and cleaning of all parts thoroughly, Removing the outlet housing, separator bowl, Removing the pump assembly, inspecting the bushings and wear of seals, replacing them with new one supplied by the Board, Dismantling of worm and worn wheel for inspection, replacing of components supplied by the Board, Cleaning of oil sump, Dismantling the horizontal driving device, replacing worm shaft if damaged. (Worm shaft will be supplied by the Board.) Removal of pads on the friction blocks. (Pads will be supplied by the Board.) Reassembling the drives, connecting piping, gravity disc, bowl, collecting cover and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer – in – charge

Attending Break down maintenance works of GBC Valves: Break down maintenance of GBC suction valve/Discharge/Seal gas valve/Anti surge valve by dismantling the top casing, inspection of worm shaft, worm gear, gear wheel for any damages, attending minor rectification works, replacement of bearings if necessary grease packing, inspection of Diaphragam for any damages & replacement of diaphragam, if necessary, reassembling the gear wheel, worm gear, worm shaft and ensuring free operation of valve, attending gas leak in valve, if any as per the direction of engineer-in-charge

Minor welding work: Charges for attending any minor weld defects in lube oil, air and water lines and support structures by welding, etc., as per the direction of Engineer in charge

GT & GBC Startup Assistance: Charges for providing starup assistance in Gas Turbine, Gas Booster Compressor and its auxillaries by attending water/oil/gas leak and Air vent releasing in Lube Oil Line and Checking for any abnormalities in the system during the startup as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Periodical Maintenance

Attending Periodical and running maintenance works in Instrument Air system: Charges for periodical maintenance of Instrument Air system, its drier units, IA/PA Cooling water system, Inspection & associated pipe lines, valves etc., attending air / water / oil leaks, maintaining lube oil level of IA / PA Compressors and its cooling water pumps, topped up if necessary, external cleaning of related equipment's and its auxiliaries and keeping clean & tidy and attending any minor defects as per the direction of Engineer - in -charge

Attending Periodical and running maintenance works in Process Air system: Charges for periodical maintenance of Nitrogen generation system, checking for proper operation of angle seat valve, Pressure control valve, 3 way tower change over valve,maintaining Nitrogen purity as per site requirement (attending minor instrument air / Nitrogen leaks), keeping clean & tidy as per the direction of Engineer - in -charge.

Attending Periodical and running maintenance works in CCW circulation system: Charges for visual inspection of closed cooling water circulation pumps for any abnormal sound, temperature, mechanical seal / gland leaks , any water leaks in the pipe lines, valve packing leaks, vibration of piping , general checks. Up keeping of the CCW make up tank by maintaining the tank level and thorough external cleaning of CCW pump by removing the dusts and dirty oil. Check the lube oil level of the pump and topped up as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge

Attending Periodical and running maintenance works in ACC system: Charges for visual inspection of Air-Cooled Condenser system, including ACC Fans, ACC Gear Boxes, ACC Heat Exchanger Bundles etc., observation for any abnormal sound, temperature, vibration, leaks etc, in the above system, external cleaning of ACC Gear Boxes, ACC lube oil pumps etc., attending leaks and minor defects in the above system, checking the oil level in all ACC gear boxes and topped up if necessary as per the direction of Engineer in-charge

Attending Periodical and running maintenance works of IA PA compressor, as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge

Attending Periodical and running maintenance works of 100 NB NRV in IA PA compressor: Charges for routine inspection of 100NB NRV in the discharge air line of the IA PA compressor, attending of minor rectification work , Replacement of NRV ( if necessary) as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge

Breakdown Maintenance

Breakdown maintenance works in IA PA compressor: Disassembly and inspection of IA/PA Compressor, cleaning, renewal, reassembling and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge

Breakdown maintenance works for inspection of Air drier system: Disassembly of inspection cover for Instrument Air dryer unit activated alumina tower, removal of activated alumina, cleaning of internals, refilling of new activated alumina and closing of inspection cover disassembly of prefilter and after filter, inspection, cleaning, assembly of filters supplied by the Board, disassembly and cleaning of purge control valve and change over valve and normalizing the operation of Instrument Air dryer unit as per the direction of Engineer - in charge

Breakdown maintenance works for inspection of PSA system: Disassembly of inspection cover for Process Air Nitrogen gas unit Carbon molyculer sieves tower, removal of Carbon molyculer sieves , cleaning of internals, refilling of new Carbon molyculer sieves ,if necessary and closing of inspection cover, disassembly of prefilter , inspection, cleaning, assembly of filters supplied by the Board, disassembly and cleaning of Pressure control valve and change over valve and normalizing the operation of Process Air Nitrogen gas unit as per the direction of Engineer - in charge

Breakdown maintenance works for inspection of Closed cooling water pump: Inspection / cleaning of 600 NB suction strainer by dismantling the strainer removing the fasteners, cleaning and reassembling (OR) inspection of 600 NB / 450 NB butterfly valve by replacing / attending any other unforeseen minor defects related to mechanical maintenance work, completion and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer- in-charge

Breakdown maintenance works for cleaning & inspection of ACHE fans: Inspection of flywheel & motor pulley for any damages, alignment checking of motor pulley to flywheel & attending any other unforeseen minor defects related to mechanical maintenance work (OR) Fan top and bottom side grease packing of 8 Nos of fan, completion and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Breakdown maintenance works for inspection / Replacement of cone ring coupling in ACC Gear Box and motor: ACC Gear Box and motor pulley is removed from the motor shaft and inspection of the pully bolt with bushes and the damaged bushes are replaced by new bushes and the coupling inserted with bolt, coupled with motor and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge

Attending for minor Welding works in GT II / SD equipments / structure / pipe lines: Charges for attending any minor weld defects in pipe lines and support structures by welding , as per the direction of engineer in charge

Decoupling and coupling of fan motors in ACC / ACHE fan: Attending breakdown works by Decoupling of ACC and ACHE vertical motors, removing the fasteners of motor bed, removal of coupling / pulley, replacement of coupling / bush / pulley if necessary (after lifting, shifting of motor by electrical team) allignment and coupling of motors to fecilitate electrical maintenance, motor rewinding / bearing replacement / motor replacement works by electrical maintenance wing

Decoupling and coupling for motors in IA / PA compressor / CCW pump: Attending breakdown works by Decoupling of IA / PA compressor and CCW motors, removing the fasteners of motor bed and belt, removal of coupling / pulley, replacement of coupling / bush / pulley if necessary, after work completion, allignment checking and coupling of motors to facilitate electrical maintenance, motor rewinding / bearing replacement / motor replacement works by electrical maintenance wing.

Charges for condition monitoring and inspection of STG Oil Pump such as Emergency Oil Pumps, jack oil pumps, OVEFS, centrifuge, arresting of oil leaks etc., and carrying out regular maintenance works like external cleaning, checking and topping up of oil level in pumps, MOT through centrifuge, cleaning of cooling water line, cleaning of oil centrifuge, collection of oil leakages if any and topping up through centrifuge, arresting of gland leaks, easing the valve operation etc., wherever necessary, as per the direction of Engineer – in- charge

Charges for condition monitoring and inspection of LO cooler, LO filters, Governing system, Emergency stop valves, Control valves and carrying out regular maintenance works like arresting of oil leaks in flanges and valve glands by tightening the glands and replacing of gaskets if required, applying grease wherever necessary, external cleaning of governing system and turbine body and its accessories as per the direction of Engineer – in- charge

Charges for condition monitoring and inspection of Hot well sump and STG flash tank, STG waste oil sump pumps, cleaning and keeping the area clean and tidy, attending any defects like manhole leaks, flange leaks etc. by tightening the flanges or by changing the gasket, applying grease to all hand operated valves and easing the operation of the valves as per the direction of Engineer – in- charge

Charges for welding joints upto 100mm per joint in steam & water lines and support structures by welding including removal of the insulation, refixing the insulation after testing the weld by using DPT kit as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Charges for condition monitoring and inspection of the Steam Turbine and its auxilaries, HP/IP/LP Bypass station and observe for any gland/bonnet leaks in various valves and rectify the defect by removal of the old gland packing/gasket and replacing new one, lubricating of the valves and easing the valve operation as per the direction of Engineer – in- charge

Charges for start up work in Steam Tubine (ST) and its auxiliaries, maintenance assistance for valve operations and to attend water/ steam/ oil leak during start up as per the direction of Engineer - in-charge

Charges for condition monitoring and inspection of Hot well drain pumps, Gland steam condenser and gland steam exhaust fans and carrying out regular maintenance works like external cleaning,cleaning and replacement of strainers, checking and topping up of oil for bearings, coupling check and attending valve gland leaks, flange leaks etc as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Charges for cleaning and replacement of strainers and filters in STG lub oil system (Governing system filter, control oil filter and JOP filter) etc., as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Charges for welding joints upto 100mm diameter steam/water lines using High Pressure Welder including removal of the insulation, refixing the insulation after testing the weld by using DPT kit as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Charges for condition monitoring and inspection of CEP's and carrying out regular maintenance work like external cleaning, arresting of gland leaks in the system valves, checking of oil level easing valve operation and replacement of gaskets if any etc., as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Charges for condition monitoring and inspection of Vacuum pump's includes ACW pump cooling towers and connected line etc., and carrying out regular maintenance works like external of cooling water line arresting of gland leaks etc., wherever necessary as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Overhauling of Pneumatic Operated Flow Control/Temperature Control/HP Spray Control/Drain Valves: charges for disassembling actuator if any, removal of insulation, disassembling valve completely, overhauling of valves including inspection, cleaning of all parts, rectification of minor defects, lapping of valve seat,valve globe/gate and blue matching,assembling of valve,renewal of gland packing,assembling actuator if any,providing insulation,checking of valve operation and completing the work, as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

STG Lube Oil Duplex Filter Cleaning Charges for cleaning and replacement of filter elements in STG lub oil duplex filters, which includes changing over the running filter, drain the lub oil through centrifuge, removal of flange connection in vent line, removal of bolt and opening the top cover, removal of filter elements, cleaning with diesel and air fixing the same or replace the filter elements, closing the top cover, tightning the bolt, slowly charging the filter via charging valve and normalizing the filter etc as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Charges for condition monitoring and inspection of HRSG Phosphate dosing pumps and HRSG drain pit pumps, to carry out cleaning and minor rectification works like arresting of gland leaks in pumps, renewal of gland packing, if necessary, topping up of oil, adjusting of stroke length, lubricating of bearings etc., as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Charges for condition monitoring and inspection of HRSG HP/IP/LP drum system, HP/IP/LP vent system, safety valves, HP/IP/LP main steam system, connected pipelines and valves etc., observe for any water/steam leaks and rectify the minor defects by tightening of gland/removal of gland packings and replacing by new one, lubricating of valves, easying the valve operation and renewal of gaskets as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Charges for condition monitoring and inspection of HRSG HP/IP/LP Feed control Station, HP/IP/LP blowdown system, HP spray control station, connected pipelines and valves etc., observe for any water/steam leaks and rectify the minor defects by tightening of gland/removal of gland packings and replacing by new one, lubricating of valves, easying the valve operation and renewal of gaskets, HRSG manhole door inspection and attending minor leaks as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Charges for condition monitoring and inspection of HP/IP/LP Boiler feed pumps (6 Nos of pumps), all connected pipes and valves in suction & discharge side and to carry out regular maintenance work like external cleaning, checking and topping up of oil for bearings, cleaning of mechanical seal cooler, suction strainers, arresting of flange leaks, gland leak in valves & renewal of gland packings if required cleaning of cooling water line, applying grease in valve & easing the operation of valves wherever necessary as per direction of Engineer -in-charge

Charges for condition monitoring and inspection of Deaerator, Feed Tank, Plate heat Exchanger and connected pipes and valves and carrying out regular maintenance work like external cleaning, arresting of flange leaks, changing of gaskets, gland leak in valves & renewal of gland packing if required, applying grease in valve & easing the operation of valve wherever necessary as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge

Charges for condition monitoring and inspection of HRSG drain system, flash tanks, IBD and CBD tanks, connected pipelines and valves etc., observe for any water/steam leaks and rectify the minor defects by tightening of gland/removal of gland packings and replacing by new one, lubricating of valves, easying the valve operation and renewal of gaskets as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Charges for welding joints upto (100 mm Dia) in steam & water lines and support structures by welding including removal of the insulation, refixing of the insulation after testing the weld by using DPT kit as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Charges for welding joints upto 100mm diameter steam / water lines using High Pressure Welder including removal of the insulation, refixing of the insulation after testing the weld by using DPT kit as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Charges for condition monitoring and inspection of hydrazine dosing pumps and its auxiliary piping, flanges & tank agitator for carrying out cleaning and rectification works like, attending flange leak & valve gland leaks in the dozing system, arresting of gland leaks in pumps, renewal of gland packing, if neccessary, topping up of oil, adjusting of sroke lenth, lubricating of bearings, etc., as per direction of Engineer -in- charge

(The required spares, lube oil, N2 and R22 gas will be supplied by Board)

Charges for breakdown work in 15TR capacity semi hermetic AC compressor condensing unit including dismantling of external covers of condensing unit, condenser fan, visual inspection for any damages/ leaks, thorough clening of fins with air & water, N2 pressure test to the required pressure and vacuum testing, attending leak if any by brazing and R22 gas changing all complete and normalizing as per the direction of Engineer in charge. (The required spares, lube oil, N2 and R22 gas will be supplied by Board).

Charges for breakdown work in Ventilation system by removing the belt, pulley & bearings for any damages/ replacement of pulley/bearings if necessary/ cleaning the blower (or) decoupling & coupling of motor, alignment cheking, assembling & normalizing as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge

Periodical Maintenance

Fire Protection System : Operation (a) Checking and maintaining the required water pressure in the Fire Hydrant and Spray systems. (b) To carryout periodical water flow test in the deluge valves of spray system. (c) Running of motor and diesel engine driven pumps in hydrant and spray systems for minimum of 5 mints daily. (d) Checking the healthiness of batteries in Fire Water Pump House and DG set. (e) Checking of water level in fire water reservoir and topping up

Regular Maintenance of Fire Water Pumps and Valves : Inspection for any abnormality and external cleaning of the fire water pumps, cleaning of Suction Strainers, attending any gland leaks in the pumps & valves, greasing the pump bearing etc., and any other unforeseen work as directed by the engineer – in – charge.

Breakdown maintenance of Hydrant and Spray lines: Trace out the actual puncture location in the hydrant and spray lines, isolating the valves for water leak arresting , fabrication and pipeline welding work in Hydrant and spray lines after attending the leak, charging the line for leak testing work etc., and any other unforeseen works as directed by the engineer – in – charge

Fire water pump (125 KW) AC and diesel engine driven pump, (Jockey pump15 KW) & Break down maintenance and overhauling work. This work comprise of dismantling of the pump after decoupling with motor in to its component such as bearing s glands, shaft sleeve , impeller and shaft, logging rings, through cleaning of the parts, replace the worn out parts by new one which was supplied by the board and reassembly the pump, alignment checking and coupling with the motor all complete

DM PLANT TESTER CHEMICAL

PHASE - I & II DM PLANT : Assisting the Operator in Testing works of DM Plant Shift Control Room Lab. Analytical work are being carried out in DMTank. Testing of all Chemical Parameter of RO Plant - RO Skid Feed, Reject water samples SAC, WBA, SBA and Mixed Bed water samples. Testing of Sox, Nox, TDS, SS Atomosphere Air sample, and testing carried out High Volume Samplers on Spectrometer analysis. Testing of TDS, TSS, Oil & Grease in Sewage Treatment Plant, Effluent Plant and Neutralizasion Pit samples. Testing of MOT Oil, GT Lub Oil of GTG & STG. Preparation of all Reagents for all analysis work DM Plant Lab

PHASE - I & II SWAS LAB : Assisting the Operator in Testing Works of SWAS Lab Shift Room. Analytical work are being carried out in Pre HRG System and HRSG Makeup Water and Steam System. All Chemical Concentration and Chemical Parameters are maintained in CEP Deaerator, HP, IP, LP of Feed, Boiler, Saturated Steam, Main Steam Water on round the clock basis. During Unit Startup time Chemical values are maintained in Hydraulic Test of Deaerator, Boiler and Steam System. Testing of Bulk Chemical Check Measurement analysis and Preparation of all Reagents in Lab for all analysis work.
