CONSTRUCTION OF PERIPHERAL ROAD ARROUND SWITCHYARD OF 132/33 KV GRID SUB - STATION AT RANASINGHPUR

Earthwork in excavation in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceedng 0.3 m in depth on foundation trenches including dressing and leveling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials with all leads and lifts T&P shoring and shuttering , dewatering if required etc complete including cost,conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying all labour with T&P for filling foundation and plinth with sand including watering, ramming etc comolete including cost , conveyance , royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete (measurement will be taken on finished & complete section only) as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying all Labour and material for Spreading stone screen dust including watering and including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Construction of granular sub - base by providing close graded granular sub - base Grading - III material as per table 400 - 1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC etc. complete. As per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Cement concrete with (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 40 mm ( 1 ½ ‘’) size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete to required level laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm ( 6’’) thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete with M20 in using 20 mm and down graded size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying C.C pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator,vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating,brooming with wire brush etc complete, watering and curing to attain required strength etc complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with t&P ,equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangements required for the works etc complete in all respect as per the direction of the EIC. (the panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately)

Centering, shuttering for Foundation and plinth, base footing, Base of column, mass concrete, precast slabs etc. As per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supplying,fitting,fixing, and placing uncoated HYSD Bar reinforecement including straightening ,cutting, bending, binding by using binding wire of18-20 gauze , molding, welding, jointing if necessary and placing in position as per drawing & technical specification ( Payment shall be made on weight of M.S. Rod & Tor steel only and no separate payment will be made towards the weight of binding wires) including cost,conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance,taxes of all labour T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

6 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:4 ) finished smooth over rough RCC surface work etc with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.
