2.5 cm Damp Proof Course (DPC) with CC (1:2:4) using 12mm size Crusher broken granite Chips including all etc. complete.

Fly ash bricks 25cmx12cmx8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±2 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in super structure including all etc. complete.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over brick work including all cost, conveyance, royalty etc. all complete/sqm

Requirement of SS Grill Gate and Window Grill including all cost etc. complete.

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade to give an even shade including cost of distemper all etc. complete.
