Dismantling of existing stained damaged floor & wall tiles without any damage to the existing structure including cost of labour, T & P safety arrangements, cleaning the site,lead,lift etc complete.

Clean removal of cement plaster from existing inner wall sides and removing of cement plaster wastages from premises as directed by the site engineer including cost of all labours, materials, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing double Plastering with Cement mortar in CM 1:3 mixed with conplast 150 ml/bag of cement and some admixtures such as reebacklenss RR for removing the rust from the existing reinforcement,NITOZING primer for bonding agent to ceiling portion 12mm thick after cleaning the chipping area including cost of all materials lead, lift etc complete.(Double plastering)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick for inner & outer wall surface (at cracked area) all levels, including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, T&P, curing, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing 100 x 75mm PVC floor trap in Wash room with one pvc door bend shoe of 50mm dia including cost of all materials labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position IWC ORIYAA PAN of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthen ware of approved Make & quality with 'P' or 'S' trap conforming to IS-2556 - Part XII [Parryware or equivalent] with sand cushion and forming flooring around the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in Lime concrete 1:2:5 [1/lime, 2/sand & 5/Brick jelly] 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and giving conncetion to sewer line including the cost of all materials, labour, lead,lift, T&P etc complete.

Suppling and fixing hand wash basin of 550 x 400 mm size with all accessories such as Cast iron Brackets ,32 mm dia CP wash coupling , rubber plug and chain ,32 mm dia 'B' class waste pipe ,15 mm dia GM wheel valve ,15 mm dia Nylon connection ,15 mm dia Brass Nipples, 15 mm CP pillar Tap etc., white with pedastal, cost of all materials , labour charges for fixing ,cost of furniture fittings as per the instruction of site engineers,including cost of all material, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing PVC/Fibre Glass framed 5.5mm thick mirror, shelf type with Hard Board Backing. Size 600mm x 450 mm including cost of all material, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing Good quality of CPVC (Chlorinated Poly Vinyl Chloride) pipe (Lesser pressure rating with lesser pipe thikcness) Standard dimension ratio 13.50in position of 25mm dia. CPVC pipe from the approved manufacturer etc., confirming to IS 4985 of 1968, 4984 of 1970 including cost of all special fixtures labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of PVC Screw Down Tap Heavy Type 15mm dia, labour charges for fixing ,lead &lift etc, complete.

Painting two coats with ready mix plastic emulsion of first class quality paint and approved colour over a priming coat including through scrubbing clean removal of dirt etc, complete and including necessary plaster of Paris, petty, wherever required - 10sqm

Providing Galvalume colour sheet of size 0.47 mm for sunshades including J bolts & Hooks on roof, Frame, labour, cost of allmaterials, lead, lift etc., complete.

Supply of MS square section pipes to vertical and horizontal support for the fabrication of Galvalume colour sheet of size 0.47mm for window sunshades including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing Solid PVC door shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames.15mm MS square tubes for top,lock and bottom rails .The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm . The over all size of top rail,lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm with suitable rabate for housing the shutter.Solid panel PVC door with frame.PVC Door 0.75x2.10 m including cost of all material, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Pointing with CM 1:3 in pressed tiles 20mm thick including cost of all materials, labour, lead,lift, T&P etc complete.

Supplying, aligning and fixing of 110 mm PVC rain water line (4 KG/Sq.cm) with necessary specials including including cost of all materials , labour, T&Ps, lead, lift, etc, complete above ground level.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15 m blue composter causrino posts or best quality bamboo posts of 4m overall length (3.0m height +0.5m projection + 0.5 m into the ground) the distance between the two rows with horizontal posts with 0.50 m over tab on either side and places @ 2m c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle places to setup and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40 mm tk 1m wide etc complete from using coil and nails 1m run.

Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with intial lead of 10 m & intial lift of 2 m in hard stiff clay stiff black cotton hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel stoney earth, earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil for foundation as per the direction of the Engineer with standard specifications.

Supplying and filling 20mm HBG metal, with well watering and consolidation as per the standard specification etc, complete.

Supplying and filling 40mm HBG metal, with well watering and consolidation as per the standard specification etc, complete.

Providing Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 using 40mm HBG metal for foundation and basement including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour for laying concrete etc., complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3, 20mm thick for floor finish, including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, T&P, curing, etc., complete.

Supplying & fixing Pin headed/Rouged glass 3mm thick for replacement of damaged ventilator glasses including the cost of all materials, labour, lead,lift, T&P etc complete.

Supplying & fixing Plain glass 4mm thick for replacement of damaged window glasses including the cost of all materials, labour, lead,lift, T&P etc complete.

Provision of Repair & refunctioning the Aluminium Window & Ventilator including labour and all needed material complete as per the direction of the Engineer with standard specifications.
