Supply, Installing and Commissioning of 11 kv VCB of capacity 400 Amp operation front mechanism in replacement. Indoor type metal clad 11 KV, 400 Amp, 25 KA/3 Sec, VCB type Pix-MV, trip free with SPMX mechanism mounted on truck carriage complete with fully interlocked rack in and rack out mechanism draw out type as per IEC-62271-100 & IEC-62271-200, breaker is featured with mechanical ON & OFF indicator with hand trip device, spring release coil, shunt trip & auxilary switch of 4 Nos + 4 NC (Vaccum interpupter) & paint shade 631 as per IS-5, Spring charging motor on 230 V AC, Closing and tripping coil on 30 V DC - 01 No. Make: BHEL / ABB / Areva T&D / Siemens / Andrew Yule / Schneider / CG / ITE Gurgaon / L&T. NOTE: Rate of taking down old UNSV front mechanism and handing over the same to MES store yard.

Material & Labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with joining material and accessories suitable for 3 Core XLPE armoured alumnium conductor cable of sized 95 Sqmm all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable APFC panel board and supply, installation testing and commissioning of new APFC panel board size not less than 1.2m x 1.2m x 0.45m, outdoor cubical type factory made (CPRI approved), single hinged type door for individual MCCBs rubberised gasket, front & back side openable type with locking arrangement (screw type), fabricated of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick supported on 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle iron and Tee section frame dust and vermin proof complete with aluminium bus bar and interconnection between MCCB and bus bar will be done by alumnium strip only duly mounted on PCC floor and with suitable size of bolts,, nuts & washers. Panel board shall be powder coated and angle iron frame painted with black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete, connecting existing cables with suitable size glands and alumnium lugs to accomodate and including APFC of capacity 60 KVAR with incoming MCCB rating capacity of 125Amp 25 KA adjustable thermal magnetic release with threshold and Adjustable Over Load setting, capacitor duty conductors with damping resistors, micro processor controlled relay 8 stage auto switching, IP 42 protection, heavy duty capacitor complete including LED light, MCCBs, SP/SPN/TPN for adequate capacity complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: L&T / ABB / Seimens (EPCOS) / BCH / Schneider. NOTE:- Rate shall be deemed to be inclusive foundation, PCC etc required for fixing.
