For Switch Room (Technical Block): Extension of existing LT Panel by Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of indoor type LT Panel of size 1750 mm Height & 500 mm Depth (approx.) to match with existing panel, vermin proof, ventilation louver covered with wiremesh, powder coated, free floor-standing type, fully compartmentalised, conforming to IP-42 and having SC capacity of 25 KA, fabricated from 2 mm. thick CRCA sheet, treated through seven tank process suitable to accommodate the following along with detachable gland plate (2 mm thick CRCA sheet), the panel shall be provided with with suitable size Base Channel and providing the following complete as required: i) Incomer: 300 A, 415V, Four pole MCCB, 25 KA - 2 no. ii) 500 A TPN Aluminium Bus Bar with insulated support & PVC Sleeves etc. and connecting the same with Bus Bar of Existing LT Panel iii) R Y B indication lamp ( LED ) with 3 nos 2 A SP MCB ( B-series) = 01 set with each Incomer iv) Voltmeter Digital Type -1 no, Ammeter Digital Type - 1 no with suitable rating CTs with each incomer. v) Electrical & Mechanical interlocking between both Incomers.

For Switch Room (Fire Station): Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of vermin proof, ventilation louver covered with wiremesh, powder coated, free floor-standing type, fully compartmentalised, indoor type LT Panel conforming to IP-42 of suitable size and having SC capacity of 25 KA, fabricated from 2 mm. thick CRCA sheet, treated through seven tank process suitable to accommodate the following along with detachable gland plate (2 mm thick CRCA sheet), the panel shall be provided with suitable size Base Channel and providing the following complete as required: i) Incomer: 250A, 415V, Four pole MCCB, 25 KA - 2 no. ii) Bus Coupler: 250A, 415V, Four pole MCCB, 25 KA - 1 no. iii) 400 A TPN Aluminium Bus Bar with insulated support & PVC Sleeves etc. iv) Out goings: a) 100 A, TP MCCB, 10 KA - 4 nos; b) 63 A, TP MCCB, 10 KA - 4 nos; v) R Y B indication lamp ( LED ) with 3 nos 2 A SP MCB ( B-series) = 01 set with each Incomer vi) Separate Cable Alley for cable terminations vii) Voltmeter Digital Type -1 no, Ammeter Digital Type - 1 no with suitable rating CTs with each incomer. viii) Electrical & Mechanical interlocking among both Incomers & Bus Coupler

Supply of following dia ISI marked DWC HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers and plug etc. conforming to IS:16205 Part-24 or amended complete as required. 63 mm (OD - 63 mm and ID - 51 mm nominal)

Laying of one number DWC HDPE pipe of 63 mm dia complete with fittings, cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground at a depth of 75 cm including excavation and refilling the trench etc. complete as required.

Providing, laying and fixing of following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in Hard surface / Road complete with G.I. fittings including re-filling and making good the surface same etc as required: 100 mm Dia

Laying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armored cable of 1.1 KV grade of the following size on wall surface as required.

Upto 35 sq mm

Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3 mm MS Flat Clamp)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of the following size in the existing RCC / HUME / STONEWARE /METAL/ HDPE/DWC HDPE pipe as required:

upto 35 sq mm

Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of the following size in the existing Masonary Open Duct as required:

Supplying and end making End Termination with Brass Compression Gland and Aluminum lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as require:

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.
