Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 160 KVA / 128 KW at 0.8 power factor, 415 V , 50 Hz, Silent D.G.set conform to ISO 8528 specification and should meet CPCB norms complete as detailed below:-

DIESEL ENGINE : - ECO, FRIENDLY 160 KVA

CUMMINS make DXP series engine model QSB5.9G2, 3 cylinders, inline, 4 stroke cycle, stationary type Water cooled, natural aspirated, developing 206 BHP at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions of BS:5514 :1982. The engine shall be provided with electrical starting arrangement & shall give the electrical output of 160KVA/128KW at 0.8 power factor, 415 volts at the alternator terminal.

Alternator :-

Stamford make single bearing alternator suitable for continuous operation generating 160 KVA at 1500 RPM, 415 volts, 0.8 power factor suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase system. The alternator shall be in SP-DP enclosure, self excited, self regulated and foot mounted with ball end or roller bearing on end shields. The alternator confirms to IS: 4722/BS:2613& will be suitable for operation in tropical condition.

CONTROL PANEL

Standard / customised, louvered, steel construction control panel, dust & vermin proof comprising of MCB / MCCB CTs for metering, voltmeter, ammeter, frequency meter indication, fuses etc.

Essential Accessories:

Fuel Tank: Fuel tank of 14 SWG MS sheet of adequate capacity, suitable for 8 hours of operation capacity minimum 55 Litres.

Base Frame: Skid mounting type base frame fabricated from suitable MS channel suitable machined to ensure perfect alignment of the engine & alternator with rigid construction & necessary reinforcement to ensure minimum vibration.

Batteries: For electrical control circuit 1 No. 12 volts, 120 AH each ( dry and uncharged prestolite make batteries for electrical starting of DG set.)

AVM Pads: Suitable number of AVM pads shall be supplied with silet DG sets.

SOUND ATTENUATED SYSTEM:

The Sound Attenuated DG sets are designed and engineered by the CAD/ CAM experts conforming to international standards and mandatory noise level norms achieving Noise level of 75 db (A) at a distance of 1 meters in open environment.

The system is made of High class sheet metal fabricated panels of 16G thickness having modular construction with multi-fold sheet channel & ISMC section for ease of assembly and dismantling, and high quality Fireproof Acoustic material i.e. Rock Wool ( 75 - 100 mm thick having 48-96 kg/ m3 density).

An additional axial flow fan may also be provided to achieve optimal output and acoustic hood with noise splitters if required, to block and reduce the sound leakage. Residential silencer is provided for maximum noise reduction and specially designed vibration isolators are used to restrict the transfer of vibration from the DG set to the body panels & its surroundings.

Complete job of Supplying, Installation, testing and Commissioning of 160KVA/128KWKW DG Set including, Price of DG set, Price of AMF Panel, Installation chargers Cable connection etc. The same shall be erected in the 1:2:4 cement concrete plat-form of suitable dimensions 15 cm high from ground level and 45 cm thick.completes in all respects: -

Providing and laying of one No. aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured/XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade direct in ground; to be laid 1 meter below the ground level including excavation sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. of the required size:-

Armoured cable 70 sq. mm (3.5 core)

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mmx600 mmx 3 mm thick, including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. ( but without charcoal or coke and salt ) complete as required.

Extra for using salt and charcoal for G.I. or copper plate earth electrode complete as required.

Providing and fixing 25mm x 5mm copper strip on surface or in recess for earth connections etc. as required.
