Half brick masonry in Superstructure , above plinth level upto floor V level using bricks of designation 75 Cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (the rate is inclusive of work upto all floor level including scaffolding & double scafloding )

Providing and carrying out surface preparation and waterproofing treatment including cleaning of surface, removal of all loose materials, dust, laitance, and filling of cracks using Polymer Modified Mortar (PMM) complete as per specifications. Applying one coat of primer using CICO Hydraguard PMB or equivalent on the prepared surface as per manufacturer’s specifications. Providing and applying two coats of CICO Hydraguard PMB (Polymer Modified Bitumen) waterproofing compound as per TDS including proper drying time between coats. Providing and laying protective plaster using approved Sika sand / coarse sand, cement and suitable admixture, finished with steel trowel to a thickness up to 25 mm, complete in all respects. Curing of protective plaster for a minimum period of 7 days. Contractor and manufacturer shall provide the Warranty certificate of 10 years.

P & F 1st quality fully body Vitrified Porcelain Polished tiles with skirting of size 600 x 1200mm height, 10 mm thick and on floor and steps etc.in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufactuer) with water absortion less than 0.08% and conforming to IS 15622 of approved make in all colour and shade, laid with CM 1 : 4 as per drawing, Tiles will be laid with 5 mm gap using spacers and gap will be filled with matching color epoxy latictere Size 600 x 1200 mm.

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish : 12 mm thk. Cost includes scaffolding and filling joints between concrete and masonry in cement mortar including racking the joints to form "V" groove (the rate is inclusive of work upto all floor level including scaffolding & double scafloding )

Two or more coats on new work including prepartion of base with primer, putty, lippy etc complete in all respect

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead With cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Renewing glass panes,with putty and nails wherever necessary 13.4.1 Float glass panes of thickness 5 mm

Making holes in stone masonry wall upto 450 mm x 450 mm size and making good in CM 1:6.

Making of hole in R.C.C. slab/wall/beams and masonary wall (width up to 450 mm) by core cutting machine complete as per direction of EI 13.34.1 From diameter 100mm to 150mm
