Earthwork excavation in all classes of soils and subsoils including shoring and strutting with initial lead and lift etc complte, as per MOST specification asper SS20 A.

collection and supply of Grity gravels from approved quarry an average lead 1km including cost and conveyance of all materials to site anf labour charges etc.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Applying Prime coat over WMM surface using 7 kgs of bitumen emulsion (SS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of bitumen emulsion including conveyance of bitumen emulsion to actual workspot handling charges including labour charges for brushing , cleaning and preparing the surface for laying the required quantity of bitumen emulsion including hire, fuel and running charges for all tools and plants employed for the work including all other incidental charges as per Clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5.

Applying tack coat over WBM surface using 2.50 kgs of bitumen emulsion per 10 sqm including cost of bitumen emulsion which will be supplied departmentally at section stores cost of which will be recovered at the issue rate as per the special conditions appended herewith including conveyance of bitumen emulsion to actual workspot handling charges including labour charges for brushing , cleaning and preparing the surface for laying the required quantity of bitumen emulsion including hire, fuel and running charges for all tools and plants employed for the work including all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights, flags, etc., complete as per standard specification No 503 of MOST

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25 MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 25mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Metal Beam Crash Barrier Type - A, "W" Double Guard Providing arid erecting Single sided Double Guard Metal Beam Crash Barrier System 1.7Om high, comprising of 3mm thick wall "W" beams posts and spacer channels shall be made by cold roll forming using HR conform to IS 5986 Fe 410/ 360 and dip galvanized having Zinc Mass of 550gms / sqm, minimum 95Omm above road/ ground level fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post l50x75x5mm spaced 2m center to center 312mm x 83mm flange width x 3mm thick, 4318mm long post directly embedded in the concrete (M15) pit size 350x350x800rnm for a depth of 750mm below ground. All fixing bolts and nuts hot dip galvanized conforming to IS: 1367 clause 4.60 all complete as per Technical Specification arid as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under PMGSY including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost for carriageway width of 3.00m & 3.75m
