Protection arrengements with timber shoring using casurino poles placed at minimum spacing of 0.5M centre to centre and 40mm silver oak planks to prevent the earth slip from the sides during execution if needed including cost of labour, lift etc complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge at site.

Providing Well point dewatering system inlcuding cost of hire charges for suction motor, suction pipe, delivery pipe for 100m length, mobilization and demoblization charges , erection , transporation and fuel charges etc including cost of material, labour, lead and lift etc complete as directed by engineer -in -charges.

Providing anti termite treatment in 4 stages I) immediate after earth work excavation and before laying foundation concrete II) after refilling for sides of foundation III) Before laying of flooring concrete IV) outside of basement upto 1.0m alround the buildingusing termite 250ml for 5lit of water etc. complete.

Supplying and filling with M.sand for foundation including cost of sand, all labour, lead,lift, consolidation etc. complete.

PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm (machine crushed) hard broken stone including cost of all materials, labour, lead lift etc complete and excluidng cost of formwork.

PCC 1:4:8, using 20 to 40mm HBG metal foundation including cost of cement, all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc. complete and excluidng cost of formwork.

Damp proof course using cement mortar 1:3 20mm thick with water proofing compound including cost of all materials lead lift etc. complete.

Refilling the basement with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and well consolidated etc. Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in-charge at site.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Plastering with cm 1:5, 12mm thick for walls including cost of cement, all materials,curing, labour, lead and lift etc., complete.

Plastering with cm 1:3, 12mm thick for ceiling, beams, sunshade including cost of cement, all materials,curing, labour, lead and lift etc., complete.

Concrete broken brick jelly 20mm size in pure slaked lime over RCC roof slab slab, the proportion (being 32: 12.5) for required depth of 80mm for giving required slope and thickness to roof as required, well beaten with wooden beaters including cost of all materials , labour , leads and lift etc complete.etc complete

Terrace flooring with one course of pressed clay tiles 20 cmx 20cm x 20mm using cement mortar (1:3) mixed with crudes oil 10 percent weight of cement and pointed with same oiled mortar including cost of all materials , labour , leads and lift etc complete.

Flooring with approved double charged Vitrified tiles 600x600mm of approved Quality, design & colour (Johnson or equivalent make)laid in cement mortar 1:3 -20mm thick including pointing with same coloured cement using 0.4kg/sqm, finishing the joints, including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Flooring with approved ceramic non-slippery tiles 300x300mm size of approved Quality, design & colour (Johnson or equivalent make)laid in cement mortar 1:3 -20mm thick including pointing with same coloured cement using 0.4kg/sqm, finishing the joints, including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc. complete

Dadooding walls with approved quality of glazed tiles, size and design (johnson or equivalent make) laid in cement mortar 1:2 -10mm thick including pointing with same coloured cement using 0.4kg/sqm, finishing the jointsand pointing flush with the surface , including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc. complete

Supplying and erecting pull and push type rolling shutter with ISI make of approved size and section using 18 GI sheet. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers, transportation charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge at site.

Supplying and fixing in position of UPVC window of size 1.20 x 1.50m as per standard specification with approved section including cost of all materials lead lifts labour etc complete. (1.20 X 1.50m)

Supply and fixing of UPVC Ventilator of 0.75 x0.45m as per standard specification with approved section including cost of all materials lead lifts labour etc complete.

Supply and fixing of solid PVC door with frame made out of rigid thermo vinyl polymer extruded section ofsize 62mmx 51mm with 2mm wall thickness, shall be reinforced with special polymeric rods of size 255mmx 30mm x25mm and with EPDM gaskets along the frame. The door shutter frame of 40mm thickmade out of one piece moulded rigid thermo vinyl polymer extruded sectionof size 25mmx 40mm with 2mm wall thickness is mitered and joinedat corners by stainless steel/ aluminium screws. Supplying and fixing MS grills for windows and ventilators using 18x5mm MS Flat and square rods as directed by the Engineer at site including painting two coats with enamel paint over a coat of primer cost of materials, labour, lead and lift etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position IWC ORISSA PAN of size 580X420mm colour glazed earthen ware of approved make & quality with 'P' or 'S' trap conforming to IS - 2556 Part XII [Parryware or Equivalent] with sand cushion and forming flooring around the cloast using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 [1/lime, 2/sand & 5/brick jelly] 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and giving connection to sewer line including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P, etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing in position White glazed Flat back urinal - Size 455 x 350mm of approved make and quality [Parryware or equivalent] and with PVC pipe connection [Kohinoor], 32mm PVC waste pipe [Kohinoor], 12/15mm GM wheel valve ISI, fixing the urinal to the valve with necessary TW plugs, brass screws etc, connecting to the water main as directed at site including the cost of all materials abour, lead, lift, T&P etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing green marble stone of size 600x1200mm and 20mm thick for fixing inbetween the urinals including cost of all materials, leads, lifts, labour for fixing ect., complete as per standared specification and as per Engineer in-charge at site.

Supplying and fixing of White wash basin of approved size including mirror of size 600mmx450mm of approved quality Neycer/ Parry ware including cost of wash basin with pillar cock fixing with rug bolt and nuts, 15mm dia PVC connecting hose and outlet using 40mm dia PVC waste pipe , CP valve, tap etc complete. as directed by department Engineer at site

Supplying and fixing at PVC 110mm dia with 6Kg/cm2, best quality ventilating shaft 3.65m height with PVC cowl at top and fixing in poistion inlcuding cost of all materials, curing labour, leads and lits etc., complete.

Supply and fixing 110mm PVC pipe for sewage line 6kg/cm2 avonplast or Finolex make with required bend, tee including cost of materials, labour, lead and lift etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing position Nahani Trap of the following sizes with best stainless steel gratings of approved brand and quality, fixed over a bed of brick jelly lime concrete 1:2:5 (One part of lime, two part of sand and five part of 40mm gauge brick jelly) and finished with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement, Three sand) including dismantling masonry works wherever found necessary and making good the dismantled portions to the original condition and giving connection to the CI / PVC pipes, etc., complete complying with standard specification.
