Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 17 TR capacity Air Cooled Package Air Conditioner unit (Duct connection type) as per the folowing technical specification: Nominal Cooling Capacity (TR): 17 TR Rated cooling Capacity: 204000 BTU/HR Refrigerant: R-410 A or R-407 or any other (Ecofriendly) External finish: pure polyster powder coated GI steel housing. The unit to include built in contros like HP/LP/OL/UL/TEMP,SPP, PHASE SEQUENCE RELAY Display of same. INDOOR UNIT (IDU): Type of Blower: Centrifugal forward curved, double inlet double width. Air Filter: Non-Woven polyster Media enclosed with HDPE mesh. Contrller: Factory fitted Microprocessor based with LCD display. Evaporator Coil:Hydropholic blue fins anticorosion coating. Compresssor Type: Hermetically sealed scroll (High energy efficient). No of compressor Unit: 02 ( double ckt) OUTDOOR UNIT ( ODU) : NO.of ODU : 02 NO with suitable MS stand Condenser Type: AIR COOLED FTHX,Hydropholic blue fins anticorosion coating. Condenser Fan Type : Proppeler. THE UNIT SHALL BE DESIGNED TO OPERATE EFFECTIVELY AT HIGHER AMBIENT TEMPERATURE

Refrigerant Piping: Supply , Installation, Testing & commissioning of Hard drawn copper tube complete with all accessories and support between indoor & outdoor units RMT indicated is for set of piping (Liquid+ Gas) between indoor and outdoor machine, (individual piping will not be measured]. Piping should be laid in GI tray with proper clamping. 1 1/8"' ,5/8" Copper piping or equivivalent to the system.

Supply, laying & termination of copper cable from Departmental power supply to IDU & between IDU and ODU unit. Complete with lug fitting, ferruling, gland fitting etc. All Cable should be laid in GI tray.

GI DUCT: Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of factory fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications and as per SMACNA standard of following sheet thickness complete as required. Make: TATA, Jindal, Sail. Thickness 0.63 mm sheet ( 24 SWG)

Insulation: Supplying and fixing of following thickness duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class "O") insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required. Make: K-Flex, Armaflex, Armacell. 13 mm

SITC PVC drain pipe having pressure holding of 6kg/cm2. Drain piping complete with all accessories with 12mm Nitrile Rubber Insulation. Make: Prince, Supreme,Kisan. Dia 25mm

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of GI volume control duct damper/Non Return damper 18 guage GI. frame & 20 guage GI blades complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, screws linkages, flanges etc, as per specifications. Make: Greenheck / Ruskin Titus / Trox /Cosmos

Supplying, Fixing,testing and commissioning of fusible link type fire dampers in supply air duct/main branch and return air path as and where required of required sizes . The damper shall also be closed in the event of fire complete as required and as per specifications. Make: Greenheck / Ruskin Titus / Trox /Cosmos.

Supply & fixing of Fire retardant synthetic canvass connection with a provision to measure the canvass temperature at the mouth of package units & plenum with all fixing arrangement, nut bolts, hardware’s etc. as instructed and as directed by EIC for above package units.

Removing of existing water cooled package unit x 1 Nos of 17TR water cooled package AC including Condenser pipe removing & blank off with blind flange, cabling, copper piping, duct removing etc. including other items required to clear the space for new unit installation as instructed and as directed by EIC-ES. Note:Removed items to be shifted in campus location as directed by EIC. no additional charges given for shfting in the campus area.

Removing existing switch Gear from the isolater feeder and replcewith new one of suitable size with all necessary hardware, cable etc for all four units as instructed and as directed by OIC-ES.
