M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) 100 mm thick as in sub base all as specified and as directed.

M&L Laminated wood flooring in size 1214mm x 193mm x 8mm thick, including skirting, floor brakers etc, as per manufacutred instruction with a layer of foam backing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing debries out side defence area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles (400x400mm) 7 to 8 mm thick , dark shade (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in screed bed (1:4) base, complete all as specified.

M&L Coloured glazed ceramic tiles (300x 450x 7mm thick) in vertical surfaces and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including rendering 10mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches in hard dense soil n.exc 1.5M wide and n.exc 1.5M in depth for foundation, laying pipes, cables etc n.exc 10Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5M in depth and getting out in hard dense soil concrete all as specified and directed.

M&LCement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC Nominal mix type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded crushed stone agg) as in foundation, indl raft, footing foundation beams, plinth beams bases for columns, etc basement slab, under ramed piles and mass concrete all as specified and directed.
