REPAIRS TO ROOF TREATMENT INCLUDING ROOF PROJECTION CHAJJA EXTERNAL SURFACE IN ZONE A OF SOUTH AREA AT GE NASIRABAD

Taking down existing unserviceable treatment of any description including cement plaster/cement concrete of any thickness from roof surface cleaning of roof surfaces and preparing it for further treatment and removing rubbish from the site up to 50mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforeced) of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting out cracks to 'V' section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand (1:1) by weight complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screeding 10mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on fair faces of RCC roof surface finished fair & even without using extra cement even complete all as spescified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as spescified and directed.

M & L for five layered roof treatment with APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane, 2mm thick having centre core not less than 100 micron high molecular high density polythylene film (HMHDPE) protected on both sides with high polymeric asphaltic mix and 20 micron HMHDPE film weight not less than 3 Kg/ Sqm applied with bonding material using blown type bitumen Grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm over bitumen primer conforming to IS- 3384 @ 0.40 Kg/ Sqm with final coat of bonding bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm over APP membrane with all overlaps complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick (average consolidated thickness) PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate laid in slope as in padding, finished even and smooth on existing slope including provision of 'V' shaped groove 6mm wide and 10mm deep at 0.6metre interval or parts thereof, both ways on top of PCC padding and filled with mastic bitumen of (1:1) proportion complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coved filled in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate at junction of roof and parapet wall / mumty / other vertical space and applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @0.30 litre/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tank of capacity 500 litre, keeping aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting it required, reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 9.00 here-in-before but 1000 litre capacity

Dismantling stone slabs in roofs, suspended floors, chajjas, landing etc of any thickness, jointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed

M & L 40mm thick sand stone slab, set & jointed on joints in CM 1:4 including 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type, B-0, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate (for providing bottom cover to PVC tank) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl Item No 12.00 here in before but except stone slab. NOTE: Serviceable stone slab retrieved vide Sl Item No 11.00 shall be reused.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection 15mm bore keeping aside for reuse or removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 14.00 here-in-before but 20mm bore

All as per item No. 14.00 here-in-before but 25mm dia

Supply and fix mild steel water tubing 15 mm dia galvanised medium grade including all fittings (such as bends, tees, short pieces connectors, elbows, reducers, unions, sockets etc) and fixed to walls/ceilings/ laid on floors including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 17.00 here-in-before but 20mm dia

Fixing only old GI tubing 15mm bore to walls, ceiling or laid in floor including necessary cleaning, cutting, screwing and new fittings such as elbow, Tee, union, socket, reducer etc of following sizes complete all as specified and directed. Note: Serviceable GI tubing retrieved vide Sl Item No.14.00 shall be reused

All as per item No. 20.00 here-in-before but 20mm bore. Note: Serviceable GI tubing retrieved vide Sl Item No.15.00 shall be reused

All as per item No.20.00 here-in-before but 25mm bore. Note: Serviceable GI tubing retrieved vide Sl Item No.16.00 shall be reused

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work of flyash bricks of old size built in CM (1:6) straight or curred on plan exc 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on stone/brick wall, ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for rendering in cement mortar (1:4), 10mm thick on brick / concrete masonry surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of rain water pipes of bore 100mm, AC/PVC, set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) rain water pipe, single socket in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls or laid in floors / trenches complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl Item No 29.00 here in before but except pipe. NOTE: Serviceable pipe retrieved vide Sl Item No 28.00 shall be reused.

S & F stack clamp out of 50 x 3mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays fixed to pipe of bore 110mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) bends any radius of 110mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling loose / disintegrated portion of RCC chajjas bends shelves, beams balconies and similar work at any position or any height and dubbing out with PCC (1:1.5:3), 15mm to 50mm thick using 6mm to12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished to required shape including applying anti corrosive paint on exposed surface of reinforcement, provision of necessary supports, form work and 10mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.
