Manning & Operation of electrically operated lifts fully automatic/ manual lifts of capacity 13 passengers/ 06 Passengers/ 08 Passengers/ Goods lifts to serve any number of floors, 08 hrs daily in one shift from 0830 Hrs to 1630 Hrs excluding Sundays & holidays, by employing Rescue cum lift attendant (Semi- skilled) including taking care from any pilferage, theft or damage of lifts complete all as specified and directed for the lifts installed in following buildings:-

(c) 70/MMER DGE Complex -01 No Lift. (d) 99/NDIC -01 No Lift. Note :- One lift attendant to be employed in 04 Nos Lifts per shift.

-Ditto- all as per item No 1.00 above but for lifts installed in following 3 bldgs to be attended by 01 No rescue cum lift attendant : (a) 27/CMS -01 No Lift. (b) 32/MDAG NO-4 Nos Lift. (c) 74/QA -01 No Lift. Note :- One lift attendant to be employed in 06 Nos Lifts per shift.

(c) 75/MSTH -01 No Lift. (d) 101/IRC -01 No Lift. Note :- One lift attendant to be employed in 04 Nos Lifts per shift.

-Ditto- all as per item No 1.00 above but for lift installed in following bldg to be attended by 01 No rescue cum lift attendant :- (a) 69/C OF Y -3 Nos Lift. Note :- One lift attendant to be employed in 03 Nos Lifts per shift.

-Ditto- all as per item No 1.00 above but for lift installed in following bldg to be attended by 01 No rescue cum lift attendant :- (a) 95/PM Bldg -2 Nos Lift. Note :- One lift attendant to be employed in 02 Nos Lifts per shift.

Notes for BOQ item No 1 to 12.00 (i) Passes will be processed after verification of certificate, Passes shall not be granted without submission of qualification proof & experience certificate for lift operator. In case of OEM, the qualification shall be verified by the Engineer-in-Charge before the issue of passes. (ii) Contractor shall submit ID proof, Residential proof, Bank A/C details to department and obtain approval of Engineer-in-Charge before employing a person as Operator. (iii) Payment to employees shall be done by crossed cheque through Aadhaar linked bank account only and it shall not be less than minimum fair wages as per act in vogue. The contractor shall submit proof to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming any payment. (iv) Lift operators shall report at lift cell as per the shift timings specified in the tender and he will report to concern JE E/M or Lift Cell in-Charge. In case of emergency he will function according to their directions. If he is found absent or moved without intimating to in-Charge of Lift Cell or JE E/M he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery to this effect @ of Rs 1500/- per shift shall be affected. (v) Payment as per quoted rate shall also be deducted in addition of the penalty as specified above. (vi) In case of malfunctioning if any noticed, lift operator shall intimate to the lift cell. (vii) In case of any necessity for rescue operation or in emergency situations, lift operator shall be capable of rescuing the passengers and reacting to the situation (in emergency situations) Rescue operator engaged for rescue operation shall immediately attend the complaint within 30 minutes failing which penalty at Rs 500/- per hour or part thereof shall be levied. (viii) Contractor shall submit the labour licenece as applicable as per latest laws/acts & Copy of GST Regn registered number issued by concerned authority. (ix) Insurance coverage, compensation if any applicable or necessitated due to mis operation of lift shall be the responsibility of contractor. The quantum of compensation shall be assessed based on the BOO composing of Lift Inspector of Maharashtra State, representatives of both agencies carrying out M&O works and routine maintenance work of lift and members from department. (x) Contractor has to submit proof of payment of EPF and ESIC subscription made by him as applicable as per latest laws/acts alongwith RAR failing which RAR will not be progressed for payment.

(xi) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included provision of all latest labour laws / regulations including all relevant taxes as applicable. (xii) Lift attendant (semi skilled ) duly trained for Each shift (xiii) Rescue operator having 10 th pass with atleast 02 years practical experience shall possess thorough knowledge to rescue user in case of emergency like anybody getting trapped in lifts (Rescue operator for all building- Each shift) (xiv) The bidders are advised not to quote rate less than minimum fair wages as circulated by competent authority . If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost as given at Sl No 19 Page no 15 of SCH A NOTES the lowest bidder will have to depost FDR/BGB as elaborated herein after in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of financial bid (cover No 2). (xv) The deposited amount shall be the difference between estimated cost as given at Sl No 19 Page no 15 of SCH A NOTES and amount quoted by lowest bidder for respective item. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work. If the contractor fails to pay minimum wages to employees, the department shall have right to with hold the said amount which will be verified by GE. The decision of Accepting Officer regarding amount to be withheld shall be final and binding. The withheld amount will be utilised by GE for payment to employees if contractor fails to pay minimum wages and balance amount if any shall only be released. If the lowest bidder fails to deposit the amount as stated above within 07 days, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid shall be rejected. The contractor shall submit 03 Nos of BGNs/FDRs of equal amount as mentioned above. The BGBs/FDRs validity shall be for 04 months, 08 month & 12 months respectively for the purpose of encashment release as the case may be. (xvi) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of suitable reliver whenever necessary as required and directed by the Engineer in charge.

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable COP assembly along with LCD and supply,fixing and testing new car operating panel assembly complete with illuminated push button for floor position alarm, non stop ,DOOR CLOSE ,DOOR OPEN,CABIN FAN, CABIN LIGHT, stop, attend out key etc in and including direction indicator with 7segment display with CPl card and stainless steel face plate duly connecting with existing control and electric system conforming to latest IS complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Dismantaling and Taking out all defective batteries from Existing ARD and supply and fixing new maintenance free batteries suitable for ARD including necessary connection like battery terminals of brass and copper lead heavy duty to connect the battery terminal of 12 V DC, 17/18AH conforming to latest IS complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply & fixing in repairs LED light fittings, 3 Watt , minimum 110 lumen / watt complete with and including LED, all accessorirs fixutres as approved by the GE complete all as specified .
