Attending day to day Street light complaints Street lights Hight mast light fitted on poles/buildings at height up to 10-20 mtr from ground level by replacing of fitting and connections and repair/replacement the same complete all as per the instruction of JE E&M / Engineer in Charge. Note: - (i) Cost of spares and accessories will be measured and paid seperatly under relevent items. (ii) Cost for taking down and re-fixing new parts shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (iii) A register with the format as given in Particular specification shall be maintained by the concerned Engineer-in-Charge and same will be fwd along with running payment for verification before payment to the contractor

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable street light fitting/bldg security light fittings/High Mast Light fitting/Post top laltern of any capacity from upto 20 mtr height of pole /wall incl disconnecting the cable connections complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electrically and taking out unserviceable nature switch box, feeder pillar box & Junction box any type and size and removing material from site including making good of disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium wiring of size 1.5/2.5 sqmm from surface at any height of pole and removing the materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down XLPE cable and high mast cable from any height of pole and removing the materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement LED post top lamps of capacity 15 W used for gate light IP 65 spun aluminium landcape luminiare opal caover all as specifird and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Nature Switch street light controller three phase 5 KW of automatic street light switch using infrared sensor based NATURAL SWITCH for automatic switching of street lights, required illuminance for switching on is ≤30 Lux and for switching off ≥10 Lux also having part night operation 4 to12 hour with contactors and outgoing and incoming MCBs connected with min 10sqmm FLRS multistranded circuit all these must be enclosed in a pole/wall mounted enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof and termite proof conforming to IP54 complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge

S&F power conactor type 3P auxilary contact 1NO 0 NC coil voltage 230V AC,32 A, 50 HZ suitable for timer switch of street light complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for repair to high mast of height up to 13 to 16 mtr servicing of light carrying winch and gear box alongwith SWR rope complete with replacing the minor parts like nut bolts, SWR rope and connected items all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning for 1100 Volts grade XLPE of size 16 Sqmm,4core, insulated PVC sheathed steel armoured alluminium stranded conductor LT UG Cables (conforming to IS 1554) in trenches / ducts / through RCC pipes under roads complete all as specified and directed . Note: (i) Rate include the cost of lugs of proper size and cable gland (ii) Necessary Excavation ,PCC cover and sand cushioning shall be measurd & paid seprately.

All as per ser item No.14 here-in-before but XLPE cable of size 25 Sqmm,4 core.

S&F unsheated 5 core of 2.5 sqmm insulated, Unarmoured, heavy duty electric cable with Copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade suitable for High Mast light, all as specified and directed .

Supply,laying,jointing,testing and commissioning PVC tape/Extruded innersheathed Aluminium unarmoured service wire, 650/1100 volts grade cross sectional area 6 sqmm 3 core connected with aluminium lugs connected by cramping tools all as specified and directed at site.

Taking down/dismantling LT PCC/steel tubular poles ,studs,insulator including V clamp,cross arms , earth wire support etc and deposit to MES store complete all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug bolts, nuts and screw as specified, type 410 SP-31, 9.0 Metre long including painting all external exposed steel surfaces with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and all internal surfaces & external surfaces in contract with concrete with two coats of black bituminous paint and painting of bottom portion of the pole upto 0.75m from top of the coping with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and writing pole no with synthetic enamel white paint on black colour circle of suitable size complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation & Earth work and PCC foundation/base shall be measured and paid seperately ).

M&L for trenchless boring under road crossings/foot paths by manual / Boring machine complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and fix in replacement of 50 mm bore GI pipe light grade fixed on pole /trenches/wall/road crossing etc complete with clamp nut bolt etc all as specified and directed at site.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out for foundation ect. Or for shafts, well, cesspits, mainholes ect. In any type of soil for foundation and getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and directed .

Supply and laying burnt bricks old size sub class-B laid in trenches for cable protection with length of brick perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving built in cement concrete (unreinforced) n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed..

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggaregate in kerbs/coping /bed plates and like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered complete with necessary use and waste fo form work complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation mass concrete and filling including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered complete with necessary use and waste fo form work complete all as specified and directed at site.

Dismantling cross- arms of MS ,channel or angle sections & Earth Wire etc complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply fixing and fabricating tray holding cross arms FI clamps support U clamps strips and back plates fabrication from structural steel section incl nut bolts washer bars etc of required size and thickness for supporting of cable tray by welding incl bending or welding cold or hot,drilling holes for bolt in any shape or size indicated or included of one coat primer coat under one finishing coat of black paint complete to support the cables all as specified.

S and F in repair polycarbonate junction loop in / loop out box of internal size 250 x 210 x 115mm made out of FRP (Hot moulded type) with weather proof canopy and locking screws alongwith 5/6 Amps MCB-01 No, 15 Amps rated 3 pole connector - 01 Nos, neutral link mounted and Din rail suitable size for mounting MCB/Connector complete in the box, duly fixed to steel tubular pole using 25 x 3mm FI clamp with suitable gland and lugs for connecting cable including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement service bracket for street light fitting made out of 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe of length 1.5 mtr long (approx) bend to shape 115 degree and fix to pole for fixing of street light fitting on pole/wall etc fixed with 2 Nos 32x 6 mm GI clamp, Nut,bolts,washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 1.5 Sqmm, single core Two runs PVC insulated and unsheathed FR cable 1100 Volts grade with multistranded copper conductor and one run of 1.5 Sqmm cable for common earth dolly drawn through heavy duty PVC conduit for street light pole including connection from kiosk box to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No.35 here-in-before but 2X 2.5 Sqmm and 1X 2.5 Sqmm for Earth wire

M&L for painting of LT poles 9 mtr with synthetic enamel paint upto 2 mtr height with black and white paints with two coats and painting of cross arm/channel/clamp and street light bracket with aluminium paint incl making good to receive the paint incl base paint strips with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour all as shown complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Material and labour for painting to existing LT steel tubular poles of sizes 9 mtr including bracket and other accessories as per site requitrement after preparing/ scraping the metal surface with emery sheet in all respect for making smooth surface and painted with one coat coat of aluminium paint complete all as per site requirement complete all as specified as directed.
