Providing and applying two or more coats synthetic clear varnish of approved make for irregular size rock samples of follwing lengths with avg. height and width of 0.30 Mtr and 0.35 Mtr respectively including material, tools, transport charges and cleaning of rock samples, placing the samples in the rock samples in the original position after varnish as per directions of EIC.

Length of samples vary from 0.30 mtr to 0.50 mtr

Length of samples vary from 0.51 mtr to 0.75 mtr

Length of samples vary from 0.76 mtr to 1.00 mtr

Supply & Installation of ACP silver background Name boards of thickness 3.0 mm with suitable SS Screws to the granite facia in bilangual text of three lines with following given sizes and border for entire board with Text in bilangual shall be provided by Dept.

ACP board of size 0.75 Mtr X 0.10 Mtr

ACP board of size 1.50 Mtr X 0.10 Mtr

ACP board of size 0.60 Mtr X 0.10 Mtr

Supply & Installation of fire escape floor plan boards with transparrent acrylic sheet of 5mm thick of size 2' x 1' with 3M vinyl digitally reverse printing and fixing the same with min. 4 nos 1" SS glass studs at different floor levels including transportation, tools and material as per directions of EIC. The floor plan will be provided by the Dept.

Supply & Installation of Digitally Printed with 3M vinyl sheet Pasted on 3mm ACP sheet board in trilangual and fixing the board in steel frame as per directions of EIC. The text and matter will be given by the Dept. The steel will be paid seperately at respective item

Providing form work, Centering and shuttering using steel plates, planks including strutting and propping etc. at all floors and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including close haking of exposed concrete surfaces etc. complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Supply, fabrication, erection and fixing in position M.S. structural steel work made of MS angles, flats, sheets, tees, channels, pipes etc., at all floors and heights including one coat of primer , cost of labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc.., all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

20mm thick cement plastering in two coats consisting of 1st coat of 15mm thick in CM 1:4 and 2nd coat of 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 over the brick/concrete wall surfaces in superstructure upto a height of 25m including raking out joints, scaffolding, curing etc., complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Plain cement concrete using 20mm size stone aggregate 1:2:4 /M15 (1cement: 2 sand: 4 aggregate) at all floors and locations (upto a height of 25m ) including cost of mixing, consolidating, curing and finishing the top surface etc., complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Synthetic Enamel painting in two or more coats using 1st quality SE paint- Apcolite Synthetic Enamel approved equivalent make and shade over wood/steel at all floors heights and locations (upto a max height of 25 m) cleaning, washing, removing the dust, dirt, scales, grease, oil marks, loose painting thoroughly, sand papering wire brushing if necessary, complete with cost of materials, labour, scaffolding, tools and plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium frame work for windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z, F sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of transparent acrylic shhet of 5mm thickness including cutting, fixing and transportation.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position 18 mm thick water proof ply of approved make for cupboard shutters/shelves/ partitions/frame work including edge moulding with 3mm thick PVC tape on all four edges of shutter and fixing fixtures such as hings, tower bolts, handles, magnetic catchers , locks etc. ( fixtures shall be paid separately in the respective items )with the cost of Fevicol, Nails/screws etc and cost of materials, labour, tools & plants, scaffolding etc., all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Area of 18 mm thick water proof ply including beading fixed shall be measured for payment.)

Providing Second class teak wood work in frames of doors, windows, clear story openings and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position of required size and shape including sawing, jointing,making rebates for shutters, making grooves as shown in the drawings, finishing the surfaces to the required finish all as per specifications and drawings including necessary MS hold fasts 40 mm X 3 mm thick, 200 mm long / with coach screws including protective painting to the suface that will come in contact with walls, joining materials, labour etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Note-1: General Notes 1.On their own interest, contractors are advised to inspect the site with prior permission before quoting their rates. 2. All the samples of materials which are to be used shall be approved by the department in advance. 3. The contractor shall comply with the provision of the Payment of Wages act 4. Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all cost of materials, labour, carriage, taxes, GST, labourcess, water charges, elctricity charges, signorage charges, wastages etc.. 5. Rates quoted shall be excluding the amount of EPFO and ESIC contributions. EPFO and ESIC contributions are reimbursable on production of valid proof of payment made by the contractor as per CPWD norms.
