Scarifying the existing B.T surface to a depth of 50 mm by Mechanical means and disposal of scarified material with all leads and lifts upto 1000 Mtrs as per MoRT&H (5th Revision) Specn. No.305.4.3

RBR-EECD-16-ii: Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per Technical Specification Clause 303.5.2 MORD / 305 MORTH.

RBR-EECD-15: Construction of subgrade with approved gravel material with all leads and lifts including pre-watering of soil, spreading soil, breaking clods, sectioning, grading and consolidation with 8 to 10 Tonnes Vibratory Road Roller @ OMC to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H, including all hire and operational charges of T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 305 (5th revision).

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG material confirming to Grading - VI of MoRT&H Table 400-1 including cost, (excluding seigniorage charges) and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator / approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 401 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineerin- charge. (Payment Based on Levels) (R&B Data).

RBR-SBBS-11 B: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared subbase and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN / Vibratory Roller 80-100 kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD / MORTH.

RBR-BASC-1(b): Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (CSS1) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Tech. specification No 502 MORTH.

RBR-BASC-2(V): Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with mechanical broom as per Tech. specification No 503 MORTH. (Application: Prior to laying of Bituminous Macadam)

RBR-BASC-7: Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. - Grade - II

RBR-BASC-9: Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100- 120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects. -GRADE II
