Schedule 'A'

Phase -I Carrying out detailed topographical survey marking all existing features, boundaries, runway, carriage ways, electrical/ telephone lines, drains, approach road, etc. using total station, digital instruments and making contour, plan after taking level in grid of (2mtr x 2 mtr) using total station, preparation of drawings , preparation of L-Sections alongwith length and cross sections, sketch at chainage, marking the position of the existing structures with the plinth levels, calculation of land area and supply of Auto CAD generated file on compacted disc and tracing cloth with five hard copies of the plans, sections elevations etc in the requisite scale as per the directions of GE complete all as specified and as directed.

Phase -II to IV (For Item No.4.00 to 100.00) Note: The soil parameters shall be confirmed before commencement of respective phases. The approximate numbers of tests to carry out on ground for 'K' and CBR valve are 20 and 100 Nos respectively.

Repairing the existing cracks width exceeding 4 mm in flexible pavement surface by making V groove 50-75mm at top and 50mm deep , cleaning thoroughly with coir brushes followed by an air blower (Air compressor to be used) and filling the cracks with bituminous sealing compound Grade 'B' conforming of IS 1834-1984 complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairing the existing cracks width not exceeding 4 mm in flexible pavement surface, by making V groove of required size with a cutter/router cleaning thoroughly with coir brushes followed by an air blower (Air compressor to be used)and filling the cracks with bituminous sealing compound Grade 'B' conforming of IS 1834-1984 complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing the existing bituminous surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removal of caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with compressed air to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a tack coat with hot paving bitumen of grade VG-10@ 3kg/10 sqm over existing bituminious surface using mechanical sprayer all as specified and directed.

Premix Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM),Profile correction Layer with grading II as specified and laid in layers not exceeding 75 mm as directed using 4.5% (minimum) binder content by weight of total mix to achieve marshall stability of 900Kg, with paving bitumen of grade VG-30 using hot mix plant, spread, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber complete using necessary mechanical sensor paver and roller of suitable capacity and type complete all as specified and as directed.

Premix Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM) 55mm consolidated thickness with grading II as specified and laid in single layer as directed using 4.5% (minimum) binder content by weight of total mix to achieve marshall stability of 900Kg, with paving bitumen of grade VG-30 using hot mix plant, spread, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber complete using necessary mechanical sensor paver and roller of suitable capacity and type complete all as specified and as directed.

Premix Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM) 150 mm (consolidated tickness) with grading II laid in two layers of 75 mm each as specified as directed using 4.5% (minimum) binder content by weight of total mix to achieve marshall stability of 900Kg, with paving bitumen of grade VG-30 using hot mix plant, spread, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber complete using necessary mechanical sensor paver and roller of suitable capacity and type complete all as specified and as directed.

Premix Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM) 75mm (consolidated tickness) with grading II as specified and laid in single layer as directed using 4.5% (minimum) binder content by weight of total mix to achieve marshall stability of 900Kg, with paving bitumen of grade VG-30 using hot mix plant, spread, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber complete using necessary mechanical sensor paver and roller of suitable capacity and type complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No 8.00 to 11.00 :- (a) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used / approved in the execution of work under this item. (b) Each layer shall be rolled and compacted separately. (c) DBM shall be laid as per specifications as detailed in particular specifications. (d) Cutting and preparation of joints shall be carried out as specified and directed. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Applying evenly a tack coat with hot paving bitumen of grade VG -10 @ 3 kg/10 sqm over successive bituminious layers using mechanical sprayer all as specified and directed. Note: Each layer shall be measured and paid seperately.

Self adhesive glass grid 1.5 mtr wide of approved make having tensile strength of 100KN/m in both longitudinal and transverse directions conforming to ASTM D-6637 & ASTM D-276 specifications and impregnated with polymer modified bitumen with minimum self sticking strength of 5Kg/sqm with over lap of 150mm in both longitudinal and transverse directions and laid as specified and fixed by mechanical means and rolled by rubberised pneumatic tyred roller to form a good self adhesive wrinkle free surface complete as directed. Note : Clear finished area only will be considered for payment and no extra shall be allowed for laps.

Stress absorbing membrane interlayer (SAMI) over glass grid with aggregate of size 10 to 12 mm spreading uniformly at the rate of 0.11Cum/Ten Sqm using mechanical spreader over a tack coat of PMB 40 @ 12 Kg/ Ten sqm complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of tack coat with PMB 40 at 12Kg/Ten sqm.

Premix Dense Asphaltic Concrete (DAC) Grade- I, 50 mm thick (consolidated thickness) as specified and laid in single layer using PMB – 40, (Elastomeric Thermoplastic SBS based) with 5.4% minimum binder content mixed by weight of total mix to achieve Marshall stability of minimum 1200 Kg using hot mix plant, spread, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber complete using necessary mechanical sensor paver and rollers of suitable capacity and type complete all as specified and as directed.

Premix Dense Asphaltic Concrete (DAC) Grade- II 50 mm thick (consolidated thickness)as specified and laid in single layer using PMB – 40, (Elastomeric Thermoplastic SBS based) with 5.6% minimum binder content mixed by weight of total mix to achieve Marshall stability of 1400 Kg using hot mix plant, spread, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber complete using necessary mechanical sensor paver and rollers of suitable capacity and type complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for Item no 15 and 16 :- (a) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used / approved in the execution of work under this item. (b) Where the complete bituminous mixture fails to satisfy requirement of Moisture Susceptibility test, cement shall be used as filler at a maximum of 2% by weight of aggregate. The rate quoted shall be deemed to include cost of cement used as filler material. (c) DAC shall be laid as detailed in particular specifications. (d) Cutting and preparation of joints shall be carried out as specified and directed. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Repairs to existing concrete pavement by cutting inverted trapezoidal sections 75 mm depth and 40 mm width on surface in regular shapes by using cutting blades/machines, removing loose concrete, cleaning with compressed air and washing with chemical water solution, filling the cracks with bituminous sealing compound Grade 'B' conforming to IS 1834-1984 complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairs to existing expansion joints 25mm wide, 25mm depth by removing existing sealant compound, backer rod and cleaning the joints by using special tools like cutting blades/machines(use of hammer is prohibited) including filling with 30 mm dia polyethylene rod (Backer rod) at bottom of joints and debonding tape on top, providing a layer of masking tape on the sides of concrete top surface and joints primed and sealed with polyurethene based sealing compound to a depth of 25 mm leaving 3 mm from top surface complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to existing dummy joints 6 to 8 mm wide, 15mm depth by removing existing sealant compound, backer rod and cleaning the joints , by using special tools like cutting blades/machines(use of hammer is prohibited) including filling with 10 mm dia polyethylene rod (Backer rod) and debonding tape on top, providing a layer of masking tape on the sides of concrete top surface and joints primed and sealed with polyurethene based sealing compound to a depth of 15 mm leaving 3 mm from top surface complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to existing construction joint 10mm wide , 15mm depth by removing existing sealant compound, backer rod and cleaning the joints , by using special tools like cutting blades/machines(use of hammer is prohibited) including filling with 12 mm dia polyethylene rod (Backer rod) and debonding tape on top, providing a layer of masking tape on the sides of concrete top surfaces and joints primed and sealed with polyurethene based sealing compound to a depth of 15 mm leaving 3 mm from top surface complete all as specified and directed. .

Note for 18 to 20 :- The polyethylene rod (Backer rod) shall be of desired diameter having minimum density of 22Kg/cum and compression strength of 0.40Kg/sqm of white colour.

Preparing existing concrete surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removal of caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with compressed air to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a tack coat with hot paving bitumen of grade VG-10@ 3kg/10 sqm over existing concrete surface using mechanical sprayer all as specified and directed.

Premix Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM) 50mm consolidated thickness with grading II as specified and laid in single layer as directed using 4.5% (minimum) binder content by weight of total mix to achieve marshall stability of 900Kg, with paving bitumen of grade VG-30 using hot mix plant, spread, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber complete using necessary mechanical sensor paver and roller of suitable capacity and type complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used / approved in the execution of work under this item. (b) DBM shall be laid as per specifications as detailed in particular specifications. (c) Cutting and preparation of joints shall be carried out as specified and directed. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Applying evenly a tack coat with hot paving bitumen of grade VG -10 @ 2 kg/10 sqm over bituminious surfaces using mechanical sprayer all as specified and directed.

High Density Polyethylene film (transparent colour) grade - I confirming to IS 10889 in single layer of 400 micron thickness and weight not less than 380 gm/sqm, virgin quality as specified laid over tack coat / sand layer with side and end overlapping not less than 300 mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) Measurement shall be taken for net finished area and unit rate quoted shall deemed to include for over lapping. (b) Tack coat / Sand layer measured and paid separately.

Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) 410 mm thickness in pavement of flexural strength 45 kg / sqcm (lower control limit - LCL) in field using minimum 400 kg of cement per cubic metre or as per design mix, mixed triangular/ non circular synthetic polyster fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% by weight of cement, spread and compacted using vibrators and paving with slip form sensor paver to the required gradient, all as specified including necessary form work, bull nosing / rounding off edges, finishing by mechanical belting / texturing, curing etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) 280 mm thickness in pavement of flexural strength 45 kg / sqcm (lower control limit - LCL) in field using minimum 400 kg of cement per cubic metre or as per design mix, mixed with triangular/ non circular synthetic polyster fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% by weight of cement, spread and compacted using vibrators and paving with slip form sensor paver to the required gradient, all as specified including necessary form work, bull nosing / rounding off edges, finishing by mechanical belting / texturing, curing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for Item No 26 and 27: (a) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of cement than the minimum is used / approved based on mix design in the execution of work under this item. (b) Cost of texturing, belting, curing compounds and admixtures as required by design mix are deemed to be included in the rate quoted. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (c) supply only non circular synthetic polyster fibre shall be measured and paid separately. (d) construction/dummy/expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule. (e) deduction shall be made in computing concrete quantity for expansion joints.

Forming 25mm wide expansion joint, filled with compressible synthetic filler board, for complete 280 mm depth of PQC, provision of closed cell polyethylene backer rod 30mm dia and debonding tape filled with polyurethane sealant (Minimum depth of sealant above polyethylene rod shall be of 22 mm) complying with BS-5212, BS-4254 and EN - 141875 - 2003 (for hydrolysis / water resistance test) priming the sides, with minimum MAF ±30 % (with ten years performance guarantee) and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Forming Dummy joints, cutting 100 mm deep with 3 mm width as initial cutting and secondary cutting of 26mm deep from the top and 8mm wide using diamond cutter to accommodate polyethylene backup rod 10mm dia and debonding tape filled with polyurethane sealant (Minimum depth of sealant above polyethylene rod shall be of 13mm) complying with BS:5212, BS:4254 and EN-41875 -2003 (For hydrolysis / water resistance test), priming the sides, minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF)±30% with ten years performance guarantee) and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Forming 25mm wide expansion joint, filled with compressible synthetic filler board, for complete depth of PQC i.e 410 mm , provision of closed cell polyethylene backer rod 30mm dia and debonding tape filled with polyurethane sealant (Minimum depth of sealant above polyethylene rod shall be of 22 mm) complying with BS-5212, BS-4254 and EN - 141875 - 2003 (for hydrolysis / water resistance test) priming the sides, with minimum MAF ±30 % (with ten years performance guarantee) and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drawing and all as specified and as directed

Forming construction joint, 28mm deep and 10mm wide (using diamond cutter), providing polyethylene backup rod 12 mm dia and debonding tape filled with polyurethane sealant (Minimum depth of sealant above polyethylene rod shall be of 13mm) complying with BS:5212, BS:4254 and EN-41875 -2003 (For hydrolysis / water resistance test), priming the sides, minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF)±30% with ten years performance guarantee) and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Note: The lime wash for the joint shall be vary for the thickness of PQC for 400mm, 410mm & 280mm

Forming dummy joints 8 mm wide and 26 mm deep including initial 3mm wide upto 140 mm saw cut in pavement quality concrete by sawing the concrete with diamond saw cutting machine , including filling with 10 mm dia polyethylene rod and debonding tape and top 13 mm depth of joints primed and filled with polyurethene based sealing compound complying with BS:5212, BS:4254 and EN-41875 -2003 (For hydrolysis / water resistance test), priming the sides, minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF)±30% with ten years performance guarantee) and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drawing and all as specified and as directed

Note for 28 to 32: (a)The polyethylene rod shall be of desired diameter having minimum density of 22Kg/cum and compression strength of 0.40Kg/sqm, of white colour. (b) Primer to be used before filling sealant (c) Edges shall be bevelled and joints cut within 24 hours using diamond bit cutters of Bosch or equivalent used for cutting green concrete

Demolition of concrete of any description exceeding 15 cm thickness and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of demolished concrete / debris materials exc 1.5 km but not exc 5 km depositing within MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Removing of demolished concrete / debris materials exc 5 km but not exc 10 km depositing out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Granular sub base (GSB) with Grading V of 300mm thick compacted thickness (laid in two layers of 150mm thick each, compacted separately), conforming to grading as specfied, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete using necessary mechanical paver / grader and Vibratory soil compactor of capacity 8 to 10 tonne capacity all as specified and as directed.

Note: (a) Payment shall be made for solid quantity arrived after consolidation. (b) Compaction of granular sub base filling shall be carried out under optimum moisture conditions to achieve 98% of modified proctor density. (c) Curing shall be carried out as per IRC recommendations. (d) Before execution of this item the approved material obtained from outside MD land shall be tested / checked for suitability to use. (e) The lead / royalty involved is to be ascertained by the contractor before quoting his tender and no extra payment / adjustment for increase in lead or rate of royalty due to whatsoever reason shall be admissible on this account. (f) Contractor shall use vibratory earth compactor in lieu of power roller to achieve 98% maximum dry density (MDD) at OMC without any extra cost and method of compaction to be adopted as per recommendation of agency reporting max. density at OMC. (g) GSB shall be as per MORTH Specifications as detailed in particular specifications.

Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) 200 mm thick (compacted thickness) laid in two layers of 100mm thick each with coarse aggregate of specified grade, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete using mechanical paver/grader and tandem vibrator of capacity min 8 tonne to 10 tonne at OMC to achieve at least 98% density of Maximum Dry Density (MDD) determined using Modified Proctor Density determination method as per IS code on prepared GSB surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) The rate quoted shall be for 200 mm thick compacted thickness (in two layers each of 100mm thick consolidated thickness). (b) Each layer shall be rolled and compacted separately.

Wet Mix Macadam 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) laid in two layers of 75mm thick each with coarse aggregate to required gradient and camber complete using mechanical paver/grader and tandem vibratory roller/earth compactor of min 8 tonne to 10 tonne at OMC to achieve at least 98% density of MDD determined using Modified Proctor Density determination method as per IS code on prepared GSB surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) The rate quoted shall be for 150 mm thick compacted thickness (in two layers each of 75mm thick consolidated thickness). (b) Each layer shall be rolled and compacted separately.

Dry Lean Concrete (DLC) of compacted thickness 150mm of compressive strength not less than 10 Mpa at 7 days with minimum cement content of 180 kg/cu.m using crushed stone aggregate of grading as specified or as per design mix, spread, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber complete using necessary mechanical sensor paver and tandem vibratory roller of capacity 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Dry Lean Concrete (DLC) of compacted thickness 100mm of compressive strength not less than 10 Mpa at 7 days with minimum cement content of 180 kg/cu.m using crushed stone aggregate of grading as specified or as per design mix, spread, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber complete using necessary mechanical sensor paver and tandem vibratory roller of capacity 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for Item No 43 & 44: (a) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of cement than the minimum is used / approved based on mix design in the execution of work under this item. (b) DLC shall be as per clause 601 of MORTH Specifications as detailed in particular specifications

Dry clean sand / M Sand passing through IS sieve 2.36mm and held in IS sieve 600 micron, spread and compacted to 10mm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: For the purpose of payment compacted thickness shall only be measured.

Note for Item No 48: (a)The polyethylene rod shall be of desired diameter having minimum density of 22Kg/cum and compression strength of 0.40Kg/sqm, of white colour. (b) Primer to be used before filling sealant (c) Edges shall be bevelled and joints cut within 24 hours using diamond bit cutters of Bosch or equivalent used for cutting green concrete. (d) The Joint filler shall be premoulded, compressive filler board with high performance closed-cell material available in board form (HD 100) and shall comply with the requirements of ASTM-D3575 / IS Standards (latest revision).

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting.using 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Bricks, sub class B, laid flat, in floors, old size laid on side existing drain with pointing in Cement mortar 1:3 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Cutting and removal of shrubs, trees girth not exc 15 cm and growth grass ,etc by using mechanical equipment in drains etc and depositing the rubbish off the premises out side MoD land the periphery of the site area cleaned complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.50m depth for drain etc, and getting out hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain Cement Cement M-7.5 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation all as specified and as directed

Random Rubble masonry brought upto courses solidly hearted buit in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling un coursed or brought up to course dressing, maximum depression 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering in CM 1:6, 15 mm thick over stone masonry surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Plain Cement Concrete M-15 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span cilles, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height , copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and like including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for chipping the spalled and old concrete of the slab. Check for the phenopthaline test and if there is no change in colour chip the same further down until, reaching the good or uncontaminated concrete. Clean the surface and make sure that surface is clean and free from loose particle to an maximum thickness of 50mm.

Cleaning of reinforcement bars using the rust remover, and all foreign materials, applying anti-corrosive coating (Nitozinc Primer of Fosroc or equivalent) and applying the mixed materials to the cleaned rebar and allow it to dry complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Mix the base and hardener using a slow speed heavy duty drilling machine fitted with mixing paddle of the mechanically . (ii) The unit rate shall include the cost of all the materials and operations etc. (iii) The unit of measurement shall be circumferance area of rebars.

Marking and cutting of core holes with an electrically operated core drilling machine fitted with diamond tool of dia not less than 69 mm and to the entire depth of the slab portion all as specified and as directed. Note: Core holes shall be marked along the beam to facilitate for the pouring of micro concrete in culverts. Every care shall be taken to minimize the cutting of the rebar as reinforcements are expected at the negative bending moment zone.

Providing slurry tight form work including strutting, propping etc., using 8mm thick commercial plywood to line and length at all different levels as per the standard specification complete. Note: Form work shall be fabricated in position and shall be rigid, shall not deform or leak due to pressure of micro concrete and to prevent loss of micro concrete at all stages and suitable for method of placing & compacting as per standard specification. The form work should be coated with shutter release agent prior to fixing. The rate shall include the cost of all the operations complete.

Micro concrete using 12 mm and down graded aggregate all as specified and as directed. Premix Dense Asphaltic Concrete (DAC) Grade- II 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness)as specified and laid in single layer using PMB – 40, (Elastometric Thermoplastic SBS based) with 5.6% minimum binder content mixed by weight of total mix to achieve Marshall stability of 1400 Kg using hot mix plant, spread, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber complete using necessary mechanical sensor paver and rollers of suitable capacity and type complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used / approved in the execution of work under this item. (b) Where the complete bituminous mixture fails to satisfy requirement of Moisture Susceptibility test, cement shall be used as filler at a maximum of 2% by weight of aggregate. The rate quoted shall be deemed to include cost of cement used as filler material. (c) DAC shall be laid as detailed in particular specifications. (d) Cutting and preparation of joints shall be carried out as specified and directed. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) 150mm thickness in pavement of flexural strength 45 kg / sqcm (lower control limit - LCL) in field using minimum 400 kg of cement per cubic metre or as per design mix, mixed with triangular/ non circular synthetic polyster fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% by weight of cement, spread and compacted using vibrators and paving with slip form sensor paver to the required gradient, all as specified including necessary form work, bull nosing / rounding off edges, finishing by mechanical texturing / belting, curing etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (a) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of cement than the minimum is used / approved based on mix design in the execution of work under this item. (b) Cost of texturing, belting, curing compounds and admixtures as required by design mix are deemed to be included in the rate quoted. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (c) supply only non circular synthetic polyster fibre shall be measured and paid separately. (d) construction/dummy/expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule. (e) deduction shall be made in computing concrete quantity for expansion joints.

Forming 25mm wide expansion joint, filled with compressible synthetic filler board, for complete 150 mm depth of PQC, provision of closed cell polyethylene backer rod 30mm dia and debonding tape filled with polyurethane sealant (Minimum depth of sealant above polyethylene rod shall be of 15 mm) complying with BS-5212, BS-4254 and EN - 141875 - 2003 (for hydrolysis / water resistance test) priming the sides, with minimum MAF ±30 % (with ten years performance guarantee) and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Forming dummy joints 8 mm wide and 23mm deep including initial 3mm wide upto 50mm saw cut in pavement quality concrete by sawing the concrete with diamond saw cutting machine , including filling with 10 mm dia polyethylene rod and debonding tape and providing a layer of making tape and top 10 mm depth of joints primed and sealled with polyurethene based sealing compound complying with BS:5212, BS:4254 and EN-41875 -2003 (For hydrolysis / water resistance test), priming the sides, minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF)±30% with ten years performance guarantee) and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drawing and all as specified and as directed.

Note for Item No.78.00 and 79.00: (a) The polyethylene rod shall be of desired diameter having minimum density of 22Kg/cum and compression strength of 0.40Kg/sqm, of white colour. Cutting existing flexible pavement vertical to a depth of 400mm from existing flexible surface of main runway with asphalt concrete kerf cutter, brushing with wire brushes, cleaning the area with power sweepers or compressor including disposal of debris to a distance exceeding 1.5 km but not exceeding 5.0 km complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting existing concrete pavement vertical to a depth of 200mm from existing rigid surface of main runway with concrete kerf cutter, brushing with wire brushes, cleaning the area with power sweepers or compressor including disposal of debris to a distance exceeding 1.5 km but not exceeding 5.0 km complete all as specified and as directed.
