Earth work Excavation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting, Sectioning the street to lay concrete pavement per SS 20 B.

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed for foundation

Collection and supply of gritty gravel from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for filling etc.complete,

Supplying and Filling foundation and basement with filling sand in layers not more than 15cm . Thick well ramed, watered and compacted Complete complying with stanard specification.

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 22 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification

Cement concrete 1:11/2:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffits including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with Column

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffits including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with Grade Beam

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffits including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle

Finishing the exposed surface of RCC item of work such as slabs, beams, sunshade, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with CM 1:3, 10mm thick. including raking the surface.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick.over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Wethering course with brocken brick jelly for 20mm size mixed with pure slacked lime (on sand to be used) in proposation of 32:12:5 cft to proper gradient, well beation with wooden beaters etc.,

Terrace flooring with one coarce of new machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2mm using cm1:3 mix with water proofing compound 2% weight of cement used and the joints pointed with same Over Main building roof slab

Paving the floor with best quality Vetrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M.Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Painting two coats with EXTERIOR EMULSION paint of first class quality paint and of approved colour over a priming coat ,inculding through scrapping, clean removal of dirt etc. complete and inculding necessary plasterof paris , putty whereever required .

Distempering two coats using best freshly burnt shell lime in all the floors including cost of lime, Blue, Fevicol type gum, brushes,scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats over new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with best approved best quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete
