Dressing & profiling the existing WBM/Granular/Earthen surface layer of the road from edge to edge of the existing carriage way and both the shoulders, filling low spots and ravelled stretches by providing additional materials of same type as that of the existing top surface layer, cambering, watering, rolling with 8-10 tonne roller to obtain specified compaction, etc to obtain a uniform formation surface with cross fall from the road centre line to the outer edges of the existing embankment. Works to be carried out in accordance with MORT&H specifivation section 300 and as directed by the deptt. I) Roads having hard crust

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders ( Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads,transporting to site,spreading,grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table (300-2) (a)(including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (a) from private land.

Removal of Unserviceable Soil with Disposal upto 1000 metres: Removal of unserviceable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 metres lead but excluding replacement by suitable soil which shall be paid separately as per clause 305

Construction of Granular Sub Base (GSB) providing coarse graded materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader in prepared surface, mixing nby mix in place method with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (with aii lead) - (i) For Grading II material

Water Bound Macadam:- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone agreegates of specific size to WBM specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with vibrator 80-100KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, requisite type of screening /binding materials to fill up the inter slices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading-III (B) By manual Means (c. using screening type-B) 11.2mm aggregate

'Wet Mix Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density ( including all lead to quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to site from mixing plant )

Prime coat (Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of specified quantity using mechanical means.)( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) A. with bitumen emalsion-CSS- 1h .

Tack Coat :-Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (c) Granular surfaces treated with primer .

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect.( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (I)'with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen Grading II(19 mm nominal size)

Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder@ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel andalignment, rollingwith smooth wheeled,vibratoryand tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (as per analysys-3 ( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt. )( Including extra lead beyond 5.00 km for carriage of materials from quarry to plant site and exrtra lead beyond 10.00Km from Plant site to Laying site.)
