To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five financial years.(ie 2020-21 to 2024-25 )Satisfactory completed, ANY CONSTRUCTION work to an extent of 25% of cost of the work as prime contractor.i.e as per Bid document

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five financial years.(ie 2020-21 to 2024-25 ) Executed in one year (for a continuous period of 12 months) the minimum quantities of work as per bid document

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five financial years.(ie 2020-21 to 2024-25 ) achieved in at least one financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs...i.e as per Bid document (Usually not less than the estimated cost under this contract for works costing upto rs 100 lakh)

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs....i.e as per Bid document (Credit lines/ letters of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc( usually 30 % of the amount of contract)
