(xiv) Dosing pumps-02 Nos of capacity 0-12 LPH (xv) Level controller-01 Nos (xvi) Electro Magnetic flow meter-01 Nos Note: - The unit rate shall be inclusive of the following aspects :- (i) Contractor shall ensure that complete ETP scheme to be designed, approved and installed by "Approved & primary" OEM and further scheme shall be vetted by NIT/ IIT before execution of work. (ii) NOC before commissioning of plant for 'Consent to operate' in accordance with the state /urban local bodies Bye-Laws and renewed periodically all liaison with state shall be responsibility of contractor and the same shall be submitted to this office before commissioning of plant. (iii) MS Steel structure stair-case and other relevant items needed to operate plant all along with consumables.

Material and labour FOR RCC CIVIL TANKS, ETP PCC floor & Fabricated shed over ETP using suitable MS structural steel ISMC,ISMB,ISMA using necessary nut, bolts & washers suitable for 6 KLD ETP chain link fencing all around and entry gate complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note- ( Contractor has to submit complete layout for civil work, pacca floor & fabricated shed over ETP, suitable for 6 KLD ETP chain link fencing all around and entry gate complete after getting it vetted from IIT/NIT/ Govt College.)

Design, Supply & installation, commissioning and testing of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) of capacity 1 KLD. The design should cater for input effluent coming from Painting bay to be treated as per standard of Maharastra State Pollution Control Board. The design treatment procedure and all stages involved in the treatment process be got designed from any one of the approved by Primary OEMs. The quoted rate by the contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of the cost towards design & execution of ETP, related civil works connecting pumps, tanks & pipe lines as given below.

Note For Item No 1 & 4 :- Rates are deemed to be included with. (s) Plant related interconnected piping made of PPR of suitable size / capacity with valves and fittings support as required are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (t) Instrument like level controller, timer, pressure gauges, PH/ORP meter and other instruments necessary for control/parameters measurements etc, with control panel for automatic operation of equipments & treatment process. (u) Electrical control panel with suitable size cables, cable trays and laying of cables etc. NOTE :- Power supply to the main electrical panel will be given by cable which shall be measured and paid separately. (v) Civil works like stilling chamber, manual coarse screen chanel, oil & grease separation screen chanel, oil & grease separation chamber, foundation fo tanks, pumps, equipments including approaches/ access to various equipments. Acid proof FRP shall be provided over foundations of all tanks, pumps and equipments. (w) All water / effluent retaining tank / container shall be internally lined with FRP/PP coating after pumps and Equipments.

(y) Setting up of test lab at given room/ space for testing of effluent/ chemical present in the treated water including supply, installing & commissioning of equipments/ instruments & material necessary for testing of effluent. (z) Testing of treated effluents from state PCB as per standard given in Appx 'A' and obtaining okay/ satisfactory report. NOTE FOR ITEM NO.1 & 3 above:- (a) Parameters for the design of Effluent treatment plant (for both 6 KLD and 1 KLD) shall be as per description of item & Annexure "A" to Ser Item No.1. Further, the parameters given are only for reference. The contractor shall design the plant after due assessment of the conditions at ground. (b) The process flow chart placed at Annexure "B" to Ser Item No.1 is for reference only. If the scheme of the effluent treatment plant requires additional components as per the site and design requirement, the same shall be incorporated and executed by the contractor without any additional cost to the government. The size and number are only indicative in nature. The actual size shall be based on the approved design which is inclusive in the unit rate. (c) All water retaining structures are to be designed and constructed with M-30 concrete. (d) The contractor has to give two years warranty for the effluent treatment plant from the certified date of completion.

Note for Item No 1 & 3 : The following parameters and results reqd after treatment:- (a) Total Suspended solids < 100 mg/Ltr (b) Biochemical Oxygen Demand 3 days, 27 C - < 30 mg/Ltr (c) Chemical Oxygen Demand - < 250 mg/Ltr (d) Alkalinity (e) Acidity (f) pH (10 % Suspension) - 6.5-8.5 (g) Cyanide (as CN) (h) Nickle (as NI) (j) Chromium (as Cr) (k) Oil & Grease - ≤ 10 mg/Ltr (l) Colour - Clear (m) Chloride - ≤ 600 mg/Ltr (n) Sulphate - ≤ 1000 mg/Ltr

Supplying,laying,testing & commissioning in trenches or passing through pipe, fixed to pole or as indicated at site, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor,1100 volts, grade of size 3.5 core 50 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying,laying,testing & commissioning in trenches or passing through pipe, fixed to pole or as indicated at site, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor,1100 volts, grade of size 4.0 core 25 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 meter in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying Double walled corrugated (DWC) Duct as per IS-14930 Part - II for LT UG cable protection including coupler, elbows, T- Joint, Bends, etc and test report of size 38 mm inner dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing including taking out GI plate with pipes earthing lead fasteners etc and earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick,burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron wire 4 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, washer and check nut of galvanized steel, protected by and including GI pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) and connected to main switch / MCB DBs box point / LP test point as directed and including cement concret pit in 1:2:4 type B1 using 12.5mm graded aggregate, with cast iron mild steel frame embedded in the concrete enclosure finished flushed & CI cover 10 mm thick of size (300mmx300mm CI) having locking arrangement hinged to CI frame all as shown under electrical plate of SSR Part - I 2009 and as directed including painting the external surface of chamber & cover with enamel paint in diffrent colour as directed and writing earth results & date of test carried out with white paint on black painted background, wiremesh funnel 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering adequate quantity of charcol,Bentonite and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm 3ft x 3ft thick all around the electrode including necessery excavation & earth work in any type of soil complete testing on completion all as directed. Note:- i) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of filling the pit with black cotton soil brought at site.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure, complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing GI water tubing medium grade with all fitttings in trenches/on wall for bore of 20 mm diameter, complete all as specified and as directed.

Outsourcing For Manning & Operation of ETP for a period of TWO year (Each year separate work order will be issued) from the very next day of certified date of completion of Ph-II. The contractor shall also provide necessary man power & material/chemical required for the treatment of effluent plant upto 6 KLD discharge capacity for 8 Hrs daily shift as directed by the GE, testing of effluent before disposal, depositing of sludge cake as per CPCB/ PCB norms, training of MES personnels for Manning & Operation of the ETP.

Supply & Fix open well pump of 200 to 50 LPM capacity, Head 5 to 10 M Make Kirloskar (Single phase) coupled set GP with electric motor 1.0 Ph, 230V, 50Hz, 1.25 Hp capacity 1450 RPM, impeller shall be made up of PP (polypropelene) /bronze to avoid erozion/corrozion Suction delivery size 40 mm ×40 mm size, including mounting it over new MS base plate/Chassis, Fixing it in PCC Type C2 1:3:6, making necessary inlet/outlet connections with existing pump set using requisite size Flexible ring pipe of 8 meter at delivery End, making necessary electrical connection using requisite size water resistant copper cable up to panel & DOL starter, providing necessary and Commissioning of pump with motor in proper alignments to the complete all as specified and as directed.

Drilling and tapping cast iron water mains (in position) for branch connections of the internal dia 20 mm,complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply & Fix Straight plain brass ferrules (or connecting screw) screwed both ends and fixed 20 mm dia, complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply & Fix Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks for back up supply (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 500 ltr, with all necessary fittings & float valve complete all as specified.
