Taking down old unserviceable panel from existing position and Design, fabricate, supply, install, test and commissioning of factory made floor mounted duly powder coated LT cubical panel board outdoor type made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet totally enclosed with necessary ventilations, weather, dust and vermin proof with front opening and locking arrangement on front side 415 Volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz having aluminium bus bar of capacity 800 Amps and full neutral duly colour coded and for neutral supported with DMC/SMC insulators colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve hearing short circuit current with stand minimum 50 KA for one second complete connection from bus bar to breakers with suitable copper cable, panel board shall be grouted in the ground with suitable size of foundation in PCC 1:2:4 type B1, MS channels for base frame 50x50x6 mm and supports, GI nut, bolts, washers etc. The panel board shall be fabricated and suitable to accommodate with and including of the followings complete all as specified and as directed :-

Maintenance repair of LT Control panel including cleaning in side the panel, tightening of all connection painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint of existing/approved colour and marking/fixing the marked plate all directed complete installed at borewell/pump houses at different locations and replacement of spare parts as required during the maintenance (spare parts will be measured and paid of seperately under relevent item

Maintenance/repair at LT Control panel including cleaning in side the panel, tightening of all connection complete installed at pump house for centrifugal pump set at different places in the area and replacement of spare parts as required during maintenance (Spare part will be measured and paid seperately under relevent item) complete upto 25 HP motor pump set (once in a month) with FASD starter and MCCB.
