(Note: Two runs of 4 Sqmm & one run of 4 Sqmm earth conductor and one run of conduit shall be measured and paid as one metre unit length ).

M&L for brick masonary valve chamber of size 900 mm x 900 mm x 900 mm( internal dimension), with3.15 mm thick mild steel sheet cover fixed with two Nos stainless steel hinges of 75 mm long on angle iron frame of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick (mild steel sheet cover and angle iron frame shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer) , PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in foundation, 230 mm thick fly ash brick masonry built in cement mortar 1:4, 50mm thick coping with PCC 1:3:6 , typeC-0 ( using 12.5mm graded crushed stone agreegate) , 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to all internal and exposed surfaces of valve pit including necessary excavation and earth work etc all as shown in drawing & directed.

Supply and errection of steel tubular pole swaged type 410-SP 55 (HT 11.00 mtr long pole) complete conforming to IS: 2713 complete with CI base plate, pole cap bolt nuts & screw with cast iron base plate, pole cap, mild steel bolt, nuts and screws complete all as specified including of following works / scope :- (a) Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide & 1.57 mtr deep for pole foundation & getting out in soft/loose soil, returning filling in the excavated of soil after fixing the pole in foundation ramming earth around in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs complete all as specified and directed. (b) M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation 900mmx600mm cross section and planting depth 1.5 mtr for concrete encasing the pole upto GL complete all as specified and directed. (c) M&L for providing PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for plinth block/collar above GL 500mm high and 450mm dia complete all as specified and directed. (d) M&L for painting of pole externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block concrete collar with two coat of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface including painting of 30 cm wide bands 3 Nos with synthetic enamel paint of appropriate colour in alternate layer upto the height of 1.5mm above plinth block. (e) M&L for writing letter or figures (Block Roman, Italic as Indian) with thick synthetic enamel paint of apprised shade not exceeding 5 cm height including numbering of pole complete all as specified and directed. (f) Painting of coping with cement based paint all as directed. NOTE : Manufacture's test certificate will be produced before execution work.

M & L for cast copper chromium plated health faucet of make Jaguar cat part-ALDCHR 565 or equivalent from Plumber, Marc, Prayag including 1m long easy flex tube & hook complete all as specitied & directed.

Supply & fix cable jointing kit suitable for LT 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material & accessoneries for LT cable 120 to 150 Sqm, 3.5 core, XLPE armoured with aluminium stranded conductor complete all as specified & directed .

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of step down outdoor platform mounted transformer 200 KVA capacity, 11/0.433 KV (HT 11 KV & LT 433 Volts), 3 Phase 4 Wire with off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within +/- 7.5 % limit, all as per IS : 2026 with standard fittings etc complete. (a) Transformer shall be oil immersed, naturally cooled , copper wound, winding core type,MS radiater cooled tank with first fill of transformer oil plus spare oil (five percantage) capacity) as per IS 335 of 1980 with cooling system. The teperature of oil shall not be raised more than 50 degree centigrade to ambient temp and 55 degree centigrade of winding. Transformer shall be painted with two coat of epoxy paint as per IS- 632. (b) The transformer shall be provided with the following:- (i) Rating and diagram (terminal marking) plate (ii) Two earthing terminals for body earthing (iii) Lifting lugs (iv) Thermometer pocket (v) Air release hole with plug (vi) Tap changer with locking provision (vii) Oil level gauge (viii) Dehydrating breathing device which could not permit ingress of rain water and insects (ix) Drain-cum-sampling value (x) Oil temperature indicator. Note - Platform & enclosure will be measured & paid separately.

Construction of platform of appropriate size for mounting of transformer of 200 KVA capacity including XPM enclosur& ramp etc complete all as specified and shown on TD drg No. CE/TD/EM/03 sheet No. 1/1.

S &F SMC pole mounted FRP box for street light control of size 250mm X 200 mm X 100 mm single phase with neutral busbar connection with locking arrangments including necessary nut, bolt and clamps of the flat iron of size 25 mm x 4mm (duly painted) comprising of one no. MCB SP 6 Amps, 240 V, 10 KA, B series with proper fixing arrangments complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 2 runs of 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade drawn through steel tubular street light pole complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing, laying,spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate wet mix macadam (WMM) as per approved design mix 150mm thick (compacted thickness) laid in 2 layers each of 75 mm thick (compacted thickness ) including premixing the material with water to an optimum moiture content in automatic batch mixing plant and carting of mixed material by tiper at site & laying (on well prepared under base) by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled & compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller & tandem vibratory roller to achieve uniform smooth surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick (Spread thickness) granular sub base(GSB) using Stone aggregates of size 40mm to 60 mm interstices filled, laid in single layer, spread, rolled & consolidated to required gradient & camber etc complete all as specified and directed.
