The intending bidder shall be either the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an authorized dealer/channel partner of the OEM and should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor at least one similar work related to Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 100A, 220V DC Battery Charger in any power generating station or processing industry or reputed organization or local bodies/corporation, costing not less than Rs.3.19 lakhs (exclusive of GST) during any one of the preceding five years. Work Order, Work Completion/Work Done Certificate issued by the competent authority shall be enclosed as a documentary proof and in case of an authorized dealer/channel partner, a valid Manufacturers Authorization Certificate (MAF) from the OEM issued by the competent authority shall be enclosed as documentary proof. Works executed in previous years will be given 10% simple weightage per year to bring their value to the current years price level.
The intending bidder should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of Rs.6.38 lakhs (exclusive of GST) in any of the two financial years in preceding five financial years. the bidder shall furnish the TURNOVER CERTIFICATE with Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) and profit & loss statement duly certified by charted accountant as a documentary proof. On demand, originals shall be produced for verification Copy of turnover certificate from competent Auditor / Auditors report along with the Balance Sheets and Profit and Loss statements shall be enclosed as a documentary proof. Financial Turnover of previous years will be given 10% of simple weightage per year to bring them to current year price level.
