Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one part cement, four part Crushed Stone Sand and Eight part of aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO : 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supplying, erecting centering for RCC Works with MS sheets including necessary supports for height (as mentioned below) using mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm laid over country wood joists of size 10cmx6.50cm spaced at 90cm center to center and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (Spaced at 90cm center to center) as directed for P.C.C. slab etc., complete as per standard specification

Providing granolithic floor finish of 25mm thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed sand (M-Sand) and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs of following thickness in RCC M20 concrete using following HBGS jelly excluding cost of reinforcement steel in position but including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing and fixing in position in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.a)100mm thick slab (using 20mm HBGS Jelly)
