Providing and laying of a stress absorbing membrane over a cracked road surface, with crack width below 6mm after cleaning with a mechanical broom, using modified binder complying with Clause 521, sprayed at the rate of 9 kg per 10 sqm and spreading 5.6 mm crushed stone aggregates @ 0.11 cum per 10 sqm, with hydraulic chip spreader, sweeping th surface for uniform spread of aggregates and surface finished. Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P, royality, Labour cess, all taxes complete. But excluding GST.

Providing and applying tackcoat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg. per sqm. On the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.Including cost of, all material, Bitumen, labour, T&P, all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. Including cost of, all material, Bitumen, labour, T&P, royality , all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete (Gr-II) with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction (Ref. to Mort&H Specification No. 507) Adjustment for bitumen shall be done as per job mix formula and E-in-C letter No 2651 Dt 27-07-12. Including cost of, all material, Bitumen, labour, T&P, royality, all taxes and labour cess complete. But excluding GST.

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.
