Taking down chowkats or frames exc. 1.5 sqm and n. exc. 4.0 Square metre each with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) including cutting holes to facilitate the taking down, inserting hold fast while provision and making good disturbed surfaces in CM (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 as required, complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 Sqm but not exceeding 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and Refixing in the same opening of shutter of any description exceeding 1 Sqm and n.exc. 2 sqm each including easing and adjusting as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/ceosetory windows and other Frames/chowkhat of size 65 x 125 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maxium toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minium frame density of 750 kg/Cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (face) and 1100 N (Edge), minium compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of bearing termite/ borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. (M.S. hold fast/lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately.) Note:- For WPC soild door/Windows frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.)

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) Solid plain flush door shutter of 30 mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), Calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) and 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulud of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer- in- Charge.

S&F Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, 28 to 30 mm thick (Stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded prelam PVC sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face with Particle board Core, in frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix factory made Wire gauzed PVC solid wood grain printed door shutter 30mm thick (style) i.e panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of single prelam PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S tubes. The wire gauze shall be stretched to tighten firmly consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C' channel having PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, in the frame at site as per specification & drawing in SSR complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Aluminium snake guard comprising nylon bristle duly secured with aluminium flat section of minimum width 30 mm and length 900 mm fixed to bottom rail of door shutter using aluminium screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position including frame with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) Door / window / Ventilator/partition frames and shutters (02 Nos glazed & gauzed), side hung type, without sash bars, standard aluminium grills, necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, handles, locking arrangement etc, complete with standard aluminium sections, all as specified and as directed Note:- Weight of various Aluminium sections shall only be considered for measurement for payment. However cost of rubber packing given in the item shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. Glass panels, prelaminated particle boards, aluminium wire cloth as applicable will be measured and paid separately as supplied only).

M & L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x 200x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10mm thick backing coat in Cm 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.
