Quality size and grade and cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills in proper position as required for the RCC work including cost,head load, conveyance of HYSD bars (Fe500) and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and cost of labour, T&P required to comp. in all respect as directed by the EIC.(Linear measurements will be taken & quantity will be calculated on standard weight. Weight of binding wire, overlap, chairs will not be considered for measurement)

Fly ash brick masonry in C.M.(1:6) having minimum crushing strength of 75 Kg/Cm2 size of 23cmx11cmx8cm in Foundation and Plinth with ornamental moulding and other similar type of works with all necessary projections, splays corbelling, cutting, champering, including cost conveyance, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. compl. in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Supplying,fitting,hoisting, joist, M.S.Angle trusses of required span, purlines of required size and MS Hallow tubes as required and placing in position including cost of nut &bolts, necessary welding and polishing and all other materials required for the work, cost of all labour, T&P etc.complete as per specification and as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of colour G.C.I sheet (0.45mm thick) in roof including shaft sealing screw etc. complete with cost, conveyance of all required fitting as directed by EIC. (GCI Sheet of Jindal./ TATA BLUE SCOPE)

Painting two coats with appd. Brand of synthetic enamel paint of appd. Shade and quality over a coat of approved primer to iron works including cost of paint, primer, putty, scaffolding, cost of all labour and materials required for the work etc. comp. (paints of Berger, Nerolac, J&N & Asian ICI Brand is to be used.)

PCC(1:1.5:3) with 12mm size hard broken granite chips for VDF FLOORING including hoisting, laying, watering, curing, conveyance of all materials to worksite, Hire Charges of Surface Vibrator,Vacuum Pump,Suction Mat Top Cover,Filter Pads,Skim Floater payment of royalty, taxes etc all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge

C.C of prop. (1:3:6) in foundation / floor using 40mm. Size broken hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering,laying concrete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including cost,conveyance,royalities of all materials,cost of all labour,T & P required for the work etc.required to complete as per direction of EIC.

Supplying,Fitting and Fixing of Kota stone of 16mm thick and above 0.10 sqm of approved makein floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1cement : 1sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete as per direction of EIC..

Supply and installation of 4mm thick PVC sheet flooring. The product should be homogeneous and single layered. The wear surface shall consist of impregnated polyurethane homogeneous mixture of PVC and it shall conform to group "T" wear resistance as per EN 649, Flammability resistance of class Bfl-s1 as per EN13501-1, Dynamic coefficient of friction of class DS as per EN 13893, Impact sound reduction of 3dB as per ISO 10140, Slip Resistance of class R9 as per DIN 51130, Color fastness rating of ≥6 as per ISO 105-B02, total weight being 2.8 kg/m2 as per EN430. The product shall be suitable for applications in class 23/34/43 areas as per EN685. Product shall exhibit antistatic behaviour, resistance to bacteria, resistance to chemical, resistance to staining,suitability to castor chair. The product shall be FloorScore certified. Supply,fixing and fitting of 250 Watt LED Highbay light fittings made up of Aluminium Die cast powder coated in Grey RAL-7032, as per the Detailed Technical Specification attached in the SBD connecting cable and complete accessories as per Direction of Engineer-In-Charge . The Detail Tenchnical Specification of 250 W LED Highbay Light to be apporved by EIC.

Supply and fixing of 20 Watt,6500K, batten type LED luminary fittings including all accessories, labour cost, T&P etc complete work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Laying of 25 Sq mm 4.0 C 1.1kV grade XLPE Insulated Aluminum cable including excavation of earth, all accessories and connection, as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of Lightning conductor finial made of 25 mm dia 300 mm long GI tube having single prong at top with 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate including holes etc. as required, all accessories, labour cost, T&P etc complete work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
