Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area n.exc 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc. 4.00 sqm each complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down shutters of any description area n. exc 1.00 sqm each complete all as specified and directed. (Note: window glazed/without glazed shutter remove through cutting and without distrubing window guard bar and repair to any type of damage wall and lintel portion same as exisiting surface.

M&L for powder coated (50 micron) Anodised aluminium frame for, windows, ventilators, grill, partitions, door,sliding tracks, aluminium section for shutters suitable for two/three/four track window and aluminium section sliding members incl all necessary fittings and fixtures, jointing cleats, rubber packing, silicon packing for Glass plane etc complete all as specified and directed. (note : measured only aluminium part Rest all will be deemed to be included in the rates)

S&F powder coated aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type with/ without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing for glass pane powder coated aluminium snap beading, screws, powder coated aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No), hinges type B-21, 100mm long (2 Nos) suitable handle (1 No) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4.0 mm thick sheet glass selected quality fixed in aluminium/wooden joinery complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of apperture 1.40 mm fixed to door/window frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm thick figured glass ,pin head type and glazing with beading etc in square n.exc 0.5 Sq m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old previously untreated surfaces of steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or grith and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick Readymix plaster on concrete or brick surfaces finished even and smooth incl taking down cement plaster, terrazzo dado in any thickness from brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish,vegitation outside complex (MOD land), complete all as specified and directed.(Note : Height of 4th storey building)
