Dismantling of ACSR or AAC condutor from LT service feeder or distribution line complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old/Unsv damaged existing steel/concrete poles of any size/length from existing position including necessary earthwork like excavation,returning filling,removal of earth etc and demolition of PCC foundation and removing the same from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross arms of MS channels or angle sections etc complete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators any type any sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,erecting and fixing in proper position steel tabular electric pole swaged type 410 SP-31 (9 meter long) complete with CI base plate, final taper plug bolts nuts screw and pole cap and including two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparing the surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement digital Ammeter 3 phase LED display class 1 for measuring alternating current of range : 0 - 200 A flush type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement digital Voltmeter for measuring alternating current voltage of range 0-500 V flush type 96x96MM size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement LED indicator - R/Y/B/G 240 V AC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairs to LT panel outdoor/indoor type including taking out old damaged / unserviceable door hinges and welding new hinges of size as per existing and providing one locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation for old rusted steel surface of feeder pillar box/LT panel of any size ,applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint as per the existing pattern above the PCC and black paint on legs of feeder pillar/LT panel and cutting vegetation growth all around and on the feeder pillar box/panel board upto 1 mtr apart from feeder pillar all around complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete of advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe-in-pipe technology upgrated (Zinic & alloy coated) Zinic coated (80-100) microns with pure (99.9%) & alloy coating (200-250) microns earthing system confirming IS-3034 the outer and inner pipe should be 76.2mm & 41.9mm dia 2 mtr length zinic coated with additional special alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional protection of the terminal the annular space between the pipes being filled up with compact fill(CF) (Crystalline conductive compound) the compact fill (CF) mixture which is machine pressed in the pipes should not disintgrate or collapse when outer pipe corrods, the inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity. The job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by electrode/conductolite back fill compound (Ground enhancer) the BFC should dbe eco friendly it should not contain environmentally hazard materials having ROHS certification from NABL accredited lab. The earth pit should be provided with a FRP earth pitcover for protection and safe guard of terminals. In area where soil condition is bad good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the same with BFC 4 bags (as per soil condition) extra perpit/unit. As earth electrode is the main component of the earthing system which is indirect contact with the ground and thus provides ameans of releasing or collecting earth leakage current. The materials should have a good electrical conductivity & anti corrosion properrty in wide range of soil condition complete and testing on completion including dismantling unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in repair 3 phase and neutral, 415 volts outdoor type Bus bar chamber 100 Amps, TPN, 4 way, 415 V, AC, 50 Hz, confirming to IP 43, CPRI approved, factory fabricated & factroy assembled , waterproof,dust and vermin proof cubical type with locking arrangement , LT panel made out of suitable size angle iron, channel and fabricated from 3.15 mm thick ( minimum) CRCA sheet with anti corrosive coating and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of flint Grey shade (RAL-7032) and indicating lamps with & including busbars made of pure copper duly insulated with heat retardant fire proof (HRFR) heat shrinkable sleeves of relevant colours bus bar shall be properly supported/mounted on epoxy insulators. Excavation in trenches in any type of soil and not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable and fixing poles, stays etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L clean dry sand in trenches/ ducts for cushioning to cable 8cm below the cable and 15cm above the cable and compacted thickness 18cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying Sub-Class old size B bricks, well burnt, laid breadth wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying of old serviceable brick as in cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable under ground cable of any size, any position forn trenches, floors and wall and serviceable cable for reuse complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work,shall be measured and paid separetly under respective item of this schedule.

Relaying of serviceable cable retrieved from srl item No-37 here-in-above after detecting the fault and making straight through jointing kit of LT 440 volt under ground system of LT feeder/location of size 6 Sqmm 2 core to 16 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Necessary excavation,returning filling and removal of soil shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

Relaying of serviceable cable retrieved from srl item No-37 here-in-above after detecting the fault and making straight through jointing kit of LT 440 volt under ground system of LT feeder/location of size 16 Sqmm 4 core to 70 Sqmm 3.5core complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Necessary excavation,returning filling and removal of soil shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

Relaying of serviceable cable retrieved from srl item No-37 here-in-above after detecting the fault and making straight through jointing kit of LT 440 volt under ground system of LT feeder/location of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core to 200 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Necessary excavation,returning filling and removal of soil shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

Supply and laying insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables with aluminium conductor 1100 volts, cross sectional area 6 sqmm 2 core laid in trenches/ through pipes/ducts or on pole/wall/floor jointing to OH conductor, LT panels, main switch with cables size aluminium lugs and testing complete all as specified and directed. M&L for stringing, ACSR conductor of required size for O/H lines, on LT poles, including binding wire, including taking down old ACSR conductor complete all as specified & directed.

Restringing of each OH conductor with to permissible sag rebinding to insulators with new wire where cut point jumpers to be higher size of the OH conductor complete all as specified & directed.
