Taking out Monoblock centrifugal electric 7.5 HP motor 3 phase, 440 Volt from the exisitng foundation, transport to workshop for rewinding by using super enamelled copper winding wire (min 1.875 Kg) of existing wire gauge incl other allied items such as varnish tape, sleeve, greasing, beaaring, bushes etc of suitable size for following capacity of motor includeecessary repairing of rotor shafts if required and refixing after testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note- All T&P required shall be supplied by contractor without extra cost.

Taking out Monoblock centrifugal electric 10HP motor 3 phase, 440 Volt from the exisitng foundation, transport to workshop for rewinding by using super enamelled copper winding wire (min 2.50 Kg) of existing wire gauge incl other allied items such as varnish tape, sleeve, greasing, beaaring, bushes etc of suitable size for following capacity of motor includeecessary repairing of rotor shafts if required and refixing after testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note- All T&P required shall be supplied by contractor without extra cost.

Supply & fix rubber Insertion sheet flange of thickness 4mm where required as per site requdirement, including cutting and making holes of sutable size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for maintenance of 40 Nos earthing at scattared 14 FAD area by pouring water on twice in a month basis and adding salt solution on required intervals to maintain earth resistance less than 2 Ohm, submitting individual earth resitance results on 1st of every month, carrying out earth test of individual earth as directed with in 08 hours and rectifying the defects within 24 hours if found earth resistance more than 2 Ohm, all as specified and directed. NOTE : (i) Testing of earthing will be done by 3 Pole Fall of potential method. (ii) Cost of tools and materilas required to perform the test is demed to be included in the rate quoted. (iii) Contractor will arrange water bowser for watering at his own end. (iv) Water shall be issued for filling from MES Pump House. (v) This item will not be operated in Monsoon period. (vi) Funnel, bucket for pouring of water shall be arranged by the contractor at his own soure. (vii) Each earth shall be tested on monthly basis. (viii) Particular earthing shall be maintained for a period of 7 months as per above description and while making payment on completion of 7 months.
