Maintenance of 1675 MS DUs IN-SITU REHB of Slum Dwel. Jailorwala Bagh Ashok Vihar.

Making sewer connection of the existing DDA sewer line coming from Swabhiman Apartment, Jailorwala Bagh, Ashok Vihar, Delhi, to the existing Delhi Jal Board (DJB) main sewer line at Devendra Singh Tewatia Marg, Ashok Vihar, Delhi, at the authorized connection point, strictly in accordance with the approved sewerage scheme of Delhi Jal Board and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The item shall include detailed site survey and pre-inspection; obtaining all statutory permissions and No Objection Certificates (NOCs) required for execution of the work, including permission from Delhi Jal Board for sewer connection, road cutting permission from the concerned road owning agency, traffic clearance/permission from Delhi Traffic Police, and any other permissions/approvals required from the competent authorities, wherever applicable and within the scope of the contractor. The work shall include excavation in all kinds of soil including all depth and leads, shoring, strutting, barricading and all necessary safety arrangements, dewatering of existing sewer lines by deploying pumps of adequate capacity and numbers, cutting and restoration of cement concrete roads, bituminous roads, footpaths, pavements and all other disturbed surfaces to their original specifications. The item shall also include providing, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of approved HDPE sewer pipe of the required diameter and length complete with all specials, fittings, couplers and accessories; construction, alteration and modification of inspection chambers/manholes including brick masonry, benching, channels, cement plaster, neat cement punning, RCC slabs, covers, frames and all associated civil works. The item further includes making the connection between the existing DDA sewer line originating from Swabhiman Apartment and the existing DJB main sewer line at the authorized tapping point, hydraulic testing, leakage testing, commissioning, backfilling with approved material, watering and proper compaction, disposal of surplus excavated earth, debris and malba to an authorized dumping ground complete with all leads and lifts. The quoted rate shall also include traffic diversion and traffic management arrangements, barricading, caution boards, warning lights, safety signage, confined space entry arrangements, gas detection, sewer inspection, deployment of pumps for dewatering, protection and shifting (wherever required) of existing underground utilities and services, all labour, materials, T&P, consumables, loading, unloading, carriage, watch and ward, incidental works and compliance with all applicable safety procedures, environmental regulations, labour laws and statutory requirements, complete in all respects and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall also be deemed to include all costs towards liaison with Delhi Jal Board and other concerned authorities, coordination during execution, testing, inspection, obtaining completion clearances, and all incidental expenses necessary for successful completion of the work. No claim whatsoever on these accounts shall be entertained.

Providing, installing, testing and commissioning of approved 400 mm dia Non-Return Valve (NRV) in the existing sewer line at Swabhiman Apartment, Jailorwala Bagh, Ashok Vihar, Delhi, complete including the construction of RCC/brick masonry valve chamber of suitable size including PCC bed, brick masonry, cement plaster, neat cement punning, heavy-duty CI frame & CI cover, excavation, shoring, dewatering, bypass pumping, cutting and modification of existing sewer line, fixing of NRV with all fittings, flanges, nuts, bolts, rubber gaskets and accessories, testing, commissioning, backfilling, disposal of surplus earth, restoration of the site, and all labour, materials, T&P, safety arrangements, statutory permissions, and incidental works complete in all respects as per relevant IS Codes, approved specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
