M & L including preparing old roof covering steel surfaces (corrugated roof sheets) of any type of treatment surfaces incl washing and cleaning etc. to steel and iron surfaces and applying one coats of synthetic enamel roof paint complete all as specified.

M/L preparatin of new / previously untreated surface & applying two coats of oil bound distemper (OBD) on wall surfaces over a coat of primer all as specified and directred

M&L for first quality joint free Non Skid glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 400x400x 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) as in floors set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement including provision of screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:4) complete all as spd & as directed.

M&L for 1st quality, joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick on vertical surface of walls set and jointed with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg / Sqm and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed . Note for item 14 to 15 : Quoted rate shall deemed to be included screed bed / rendering.

M & L Vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but n.exc 0.42 sqm in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match with the tiles incl. 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in C.M 1:4 etc complete all as specified & as directed

All the same as per here-in-above but vitrified tiles of size on vertical surfaces such as skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match with the tiles incl. rendering 15mm thick in C.M 1:3 on brick work or concrete surfaces etc. complete all as specified & as directed

Supply and fixing galvanized mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm including fixing to wooden/steel frames with tinned tacks or galvanized wire or wooden bead fixed as in repairs complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt from RCC / PVC tank by emptying, drying, cleaning by scrubbing the dust with wire brush from tank by removing inlet and outlet pipe and refixing inlet and outlet pipe in the same position after cleaning (capacity of tanks exc. 500 ltrs and n. exc. 1000 ltrs) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing PVC cover for water tank capacity exc. 500 litres but n. exc. 1000 litres including fixing new MS hinges and staples made for purpose, fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls incl pillasters and cornices etc. incl brooming down of steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescence salts and trading oil and grease spot, washing etc. and applying one coat of white lime wash complete all as specified.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar.

M&L machine cut Granite slab 15 mm thick as in steps, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms and like and incl 10mm thick (avg thickness) cement mortar 1:4 screeding and setting coat in cement morter 1:2, 3mm thick, set and jointed with white cement sturry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab incl cutting, waste, rubbing and polshing etc complete all as spd.Note:- (i) The rate of granite stone shall be deemed to incl for full rounded off corner/edges incl all cutting to make it square or rectangular. (ii) The rate shall also be deemed to incl for cutting and polishing machine and granite polishing to achive the desired granite finish all as spfd.

M&L for Green marble flooring or on cooking platform 15mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM(1:6) complete all as specified. ( size of the slabs shalll not be less than 100cmx60cm ) Note:- (i) The rate of granite stone shall be deemed to incl for full rounded off corner/ edges incl all cutting to make it square or rectangular. (ii) The rate shall also be deemed to incl for cutting and polishing machine and granite polishing to achive the desired granite finish all as spfd.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frames) n.exc. 1.5 Sqm complete all as spd and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters) exceeding 1.5sq.m and not exc 4.00sq.m each of any description incl making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified & directed..

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm but n.exc 2 sqm from chowkhat and removing at site as required complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for 2nd class hard wood as in plain, solid, straight chawkhats and frames, wrought framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered , put to gather with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing Factory made plain, framed, panelled shutters, 35mm thick of 2nd class hard wood (Hollock) with lock rail and panels of 9mm thick commercial ply or 12mm thick vaneered particle board with commercial veneered on both sides, incl priming coat, duly hammer marked. The size of rail & style shall be as per IS 1003 part-1 kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated incl one coat of pink primer complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 2nd class hard wood 30mm thick made glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to rceieve glass, gauze,etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass,etc, size of members of door shutters as spfd in SSR Part-1, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2nd class hard wood 30mm thick made glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to rceieve glass, gauze,etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass,etc, size of members of window shutters as specified in SSR Part-1, complete all as specified and directed. .

S&F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube etc complete all specified.

S&F factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles) with 2.4 (or) 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick 3D wood grain moulded PVC sheet polyurethen painted on the front face and 2mm plain colur PVC sheet on back face with particle board core etc complete all specified & as directed .

Mild Steel works as in bends straps, hold fasts etc, conforming to IS-2062-2006 (Fe-290), embedded portion duly painted with bituminious paint and sanded, complete all as specified.

Note for item No. 83 : (i) GI tubing shall be partly concelaed and partly on surfaces. (ii) GI tubing outside the building shall be open and inside the building shall be concealed. (iii) Quoted rate deemed to include for necessary cutting chases, pinning in. making good disturbed surface

Refixing old 20mm GI tubing and connections on new or old position (walls, ceilling, floor etc) complete all as specified.

S&F 20 mm 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes SDR 7.4 & SDR 11 UV stablised and antimicrobial welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc.

S&F solid PVC false ceiling PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of GI frame work (Snap grid) for false ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm certre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffits at aprox 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasters with and including ceiling section (Not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel 457 mm centre to centre complete in all respect complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge .

Coloured Chequred cement conc tiles (30cmx30cmx25mm thick) in grey cement and with pigment in floors incl 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry, ocomplete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Vitreous China Urinal, Half stall type, white (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe and waste pipe) including spreader all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for water proofing treatment of sunken floor of WCs, bathroom etc. by applying of the following specifications :- (i) Cleaning of sunken floor surface with mechanical means i.e. wire brush/air blower etc. and remove all loose/unsound material, dirt, dust, etc. (ii) Applying cement slurry mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating Hydroproof Xtra of FOSROC/Equivalent of Dr Fixit of Pidilite Industries Ltd in the ratio of 1:2:4 (One part of acrylic polymer : Two part of water and four part of cement). (iii) First layer of cement slurry @ 0.444 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based modified cementious composite compound @ 0.222 Litre/Sqm and allow it to air dry for 04 hours. (iv) Second layer of cement slurry @ 0.222 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.111 Litre/Sqm and allow it to air dry for 04 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. (v) 200 micron thick polythene film shall be pasted with help of adhesives over treatment. Note :- Joints of WC/Trap/Soil waste shall be properly sealed with sealing compound. Testing of all traps and joint and sunken slab shall be done as per IS-1742 before filling and tiling work.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded broken bricks aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage thickness incl Nainital pattern as in roof covering complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, ridges etc. fixed all as per manufactures's instructions and fixed with self thread making steel screws of length not less than 50mm as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site with suitable arangement as required complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, ridges, flashing, eaves board valley gutter of any shape etc, cut to designed shape (Jhhallar) as directed at site fixed all as per manufactures's instructions and fixed with self thread making steel screws of length not less than 50mm as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site with suitable arangement as required complete all as specified & directed.

S & F CGI sheeting 0.63mm thick with grade of zinc coating 275 as in roof covering fixed with L or J type hooks or self thread making steel screws of length not less than 75mm as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site with suitable arangement as required.

Note for item No 3 : Net contents of sludge shall be measured at the time of removal and paid. Quoted rate of tenderer is deemed to be inclusive of dewatering as required and nothing extra shall be admissible to the contractor on this account.

Taking down Wall panelling and similar work complete all as specified

S&F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing used instead of plain colour sheet complete all as specified

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing. complete all as specified
