Supply and fixing in replacement switch air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated from ground level, mounted on insulators and steel frame (12 insulator type) outdoor type suitable for vertical installation single break provided with locking arrangement consisting of MS channel, HT post top insulator with drop out fuses operating rod 25mm bore GI pipe medium grade confirming to relevant IS, current rating 200 Amp and voltage 11 KV including jumpering, lead of wire/cable as directed at site including dismantling existing/unserviceable air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism and removing from site complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Description all as per srl item No-01 above but depth current rating 400 Amp and voltage 11 KV.

Cleaning of HT insulators 11000 V, drop out. Fuse & checking the incoming & outgoing joint connection and testing with the following :- (i) Meggar testing between phase to phase & phase to earth.

Supply and fixing drop out fuse assembly complete set with 02 Nos insulator and connected accessories for 11000 Volts grade of 200 Amps capacity including dismantling existing/unserviceable drop out fuse assembly complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing drop out fuse assembly complete set with 02 Nos insulator and connected accessories for 33000 Volts grade of 200 Amps capacity including dismantling existing/unserviceable drop out fuse assembly complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down and repairing/overhauling of air break gang operated switch with drop out fuse unit 11 KV rating 200 Amp/400 Amp capacity triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulators and steel frame installed vertically / horizontally, replacement of broken/worn-out components, oiling and greasing of mechanical moving parts, smoothing and polishing of electric contacts with providing conducting jelly of contacts and refixing the same after repair including proper alignment complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Warn out component of GOD/ insulators / ASCR shall be measured and paid separately in respective items. (ii) Rate for fixing of Srl Item no. 7 to 14 are deemed to consider in Srl Item No. 6

Supply only male contact or moving contact of capacity 200 Amp 11 KV heavy duty and high conductive metal..

Supply only tinned copper flexible jumper 200 Amp 11 KV .

Supply only fixed top contact & Fixed bottom contact 200 Amp 11 KV for DO fuse unit.

Supply only Fiber glass tube 200 Amps 11KV with metalic fittings both ends suitable for DO fuse.

Supply only mild steel jumper carrier as per sample.

Supply only back connector plate as per sample.

Supply only post insulator 11 KV as per sample.

Supply and fixing in replacement Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp,11000 Volts grade conforming to IS-3070 part-I, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour, cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts and wasters,welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one aluminum paint including dismantling of cross arms of MS fabricated complete with all accessories viz nut, bolts, washer etc. complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick MS sheet vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS flat clamps 25x3mm 2 Nos, nuts, HT size 25 X 20 cm and including taking out of unsv old danger notice plate complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick MS sheet vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS flat clamps 25x3mm 2 Nos, nuts, bolts for LT 440 volts of size 20x15cm and including taking out of unsv old danger notice plate complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of anti climbing device, spikes type, fabricated out of MS bars (round, square or flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the poles, spike welded to flat iron, including on primer coat, one under coat and two finishing coats of silver aluminium paint including preparation of surfaces complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground, (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32x6 mm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized standard iron or steel all as specified or indicated in electrical plate No 3 of MES Part-I, including testing on completion including the material and labour and taking out old unserviceable earthing of the following :- (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1. (c) Precast RCC cover with suitable handle 50 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than 4 Kg/Sqm. (d) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore medium grade and copper lugs etc all as specified.

Srl item No 20 Contd … (e) 15 mm nominal bore light grade GI protection pipe 7.5 mtr long for protection of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering. (f) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (g) Testing of earthing. Note :- On testing after completion of earthing, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc using GI Strip 25x4 mm for Earthing complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 X 75 X 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagoanl head screw complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of horn gap fuses 11 KV polymeric type, set of 2 insulators, of current rating upto 100 Amps all as specifed including dismantling existing/unserviceable horn gap fuses complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only drop out fueses element in copper material of rating 5 Amp to 40 Amp HT 11 KV.

Supply only barrel fuses of current rating 10 Amp to 40 Amp pin type suitable for HT 33/11 KV.

Material and labour for outdoor type weatherproof HT Panel 11 KV made out of CRCA sheet 3mm thick of size 1.2 m x 1.2 m x 1.2 m having legs made out of angle iron of size 50 x 6mm, 1.2 mtr long grouting in the PCC upto 60cm. HT panel having insulators of 11000 volts to accommodate incoming and out going HT Cable of any size including locking arrangements and painting of angle iron with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and including over a coat of red oxide complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to pole or any other indicated situation for loop earthind etc as required with 32mmX6mm galvanized iron strip complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for painting of 33/11 KV guard (XPM) fencing, chanels, post etc mounted on plinth with one coat of silver aluminium paint including preparation of the existing surface complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning & Servicing of HT 33 KV control panel indoor type, checking of each moving parts, spring, charging system, closing & trip coil assembly and proper oiling, greasing and proper adjustment of trip bars, closing bar complete with the following testing :- (i) ON/OFF testing in local and remote position. (ii) Spring charge system testing shall be carried out. (iii) Tripping test in over and earth fault position by external current injecting Kit on Primary & Secondary side. (iv) Meggar testing between phase to phase and phase to earth in ON / OFF position both. Note: (i) The contractor has to arrange necessary testing kits, testing equipments, tools etc, rental rates for the testing/ calibration kits & connected eqipments are deemed to be include in the quoted rate. (ii) Testing & tuning shall be carried out onsite with testing equipments in presence of Engr-in-Charge by qualified Licenced personal and test result shall be signed both by contractor and Engr-in-Charge and kept on record.

Cleaning of bushing and terminal by CTC solution of Current Transformer (CT) rating 100 / 5 + 5 + 1 Amp rating, 33 KV and checking of oil level and oil strength (BD voltage test) and proper connection checking and testing with following :- (i) Meggar testing between phase to phase & phase to earth

Supply and fixing in replacement XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (hreavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts earthed, grade cross sectional area 185 sqmm 3 core including taking up/down old unserviceable cables. complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth; for laying cables/pipes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth in any type of soil and getting out soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dry coarse sand as cushioning to under ground cable provided with layer of 8 cms deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying and stretching the cable, punned to 18 cm thick complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and laying sub class `B` bricks laid dry flat transversely along the length of cable with width equal to the length of bricks over sand cushioning as protection cover of cable laid complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
