Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and removing debris outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note :- Removing of electric switches & sockets boards, casing caping carefully from wall surface and refixing in without damage to the same position, no extra cost will be paid on this account.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debris outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick as in riser of steps,skirting,dado and pillar laid over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & polishing and rendering backing coat on vertical surface in 10mm thick CM 1:3 to receive slab complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors & skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with C M 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces of size 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including rendering backing coat on vertical surface of wall in 10mm thick CM 1:3 to receive wall tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
