Taking down carefully the Ceiling fan of any size/ make after disconnecting the electric connections for necessary servicing and replacing the spares, rewinding etc., all as specified and directed. Note : Servicing, Spares, Refixing and Rewinding shall be measured and paid for separately.

Taking down carefully the Exhaust fan of any size/ make after disconnecting the electric connections for necessary servicing and replacing the spares, rewinding etc., all as specified and directed. Note : Servicing, Spares, Refixing and Rewinding shall be measured and paid for separately.

Taking down carefully the Wall-mounted/ Air-circulator fans of any size/ make after disconnecting the electric connections for necessary servicing and replacing the spares, rewinding etc., all as specified and directed. Note : Servicing, Spares, Refixing and Rewinding shall be measured and paid for separately.

Labour only for servicing the ceiling/exhaust/wall mounted/Air circulator fan of any size/ make including greasing/ oiling/ repairs and replacing the spares such as cater pin unserviceable/rusted nut bolts, split pins rubber wheel bearing washers, bush all as specified and directed Note :- Spares pertaining to internal parts of a fan such as bearing, metal bush, capacitors (for fans other than ceiling fans) etc., will be measured and paid separatly.

Hanging only ceiling fan any sweep any make, 230 V single phase and connecting up with PVC insulated cable size 1.50 sqmm three core copper conductor round cable complete all as specified. Note:- (a) Fans shall be reused from taking down vide item No 1 herein before. (b) The refixed fan shall be tested after fixing the blades.

Fixing only Exhaust fans along with louver any description any make, 230 V single phase and connecting up with PVC insulated cable size 1.50 sqmm three core copper conductor round cable including grouting of nut, bolt on existing location and complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Fans shall be reused from taking down vide item No 2 herein before. (b) The refixed fan shall be tested after fixing the blades.

Fixing only Wall-mounted/ Air-circulator fans of any description any make, 230 V single phase and connecting up with PVC insulated cable size 1.50 sqmm three core copper conductor round cable including necesary fixing arrangements if existing fixing arrangements found unserviceable, on existing location etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) Fans shall be reused from taking down vide item No 3 herein before. (b) The refixed fan shall be tested after fixing the blades. .

Material and Labour for painting of ceiling fans of any sweep to obtain even, smooth & glossy finish, with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour by using paint spraying devices after filling cavities with filler after cleaning all dust etc., over fan surfaces; complete including writing SM/MES No. in synthetic enamel paint (Black colour) over the same surface where the existing No. was written etc., all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for painting of Exhaust/ Pedestal/ Wall-mounted/ Air-circulator fans of any sweep to obtain even, smooth & glossy finish, with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour by using paint spraying devices after filling cavities with filler after cleaning all dust etc., over fan surfaces; complete including writing SM/MES No. in synthetic enamel paint (colour as approved) over the same surface where the existing No. was written etc., all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for rewinding of fan motor with super enameled copper winding wire of same gauge and weight after cutting and removing the existing burnt/heated up windings, including cleaning of rotor, stator and varnishing, heating and providing fresh insulating materials for Ceiling fan of 1200/1400 mm sweep including dismantling and reassembling.

Supply and fix exhuast fan louver (shutter) metal body with fixing accessories etc suitable for exhaust fan 300mm sweep etc., complete; all as specified and as directed

Taking down down rods of ceiling fans (1200/1400 mm sweep) fixed by means of check nut and split pin, 'U' clamp bolts, nuts, washers, rubber split pin check nut etc., complete; all as specified and as directed. Note for item No. 1 to 24:- Repairs/ painting shall be carried out only to the fans where SM No. is available over the fans and the contractor shall ensure the same before carrying out such repairs/ painting.

Supply and Fix ceiling fans down rods fabricated out of 15 mm dia GI pipe medium grade duly cutting/ threading/ drilling etc. Suitable for ceiling fans (1200/1400 mm sweep) fixed by means of check nut and split pin, 'U' clamp bolts, nuts, washers, rubber split pin check nut etc., complete; all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing un serviceable check nut and split pin including 'U' clamp bolts, nuts, washers, rubber split pin check nut etc., complete; from ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep etc., all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix check nut and split pin including 'U' clamp bolts, nuts, washers, rubber split pin check nut etc suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep etc., complete; all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix ceiling fan hook made out of 40 x 6 mm MS flat iron and 10 dia MS round bar bend to shape for hanging ceiling fans including taking down existing unserviceable fan hook complete; all as specified and as directed.

Rectifying faults by attending faults of point/sub main wiring complaints (excluding fittings and fixtures) any rating/ make/ model/ type in position including testing of serviceability of point wiring, finding of fault/ defect and repairing, jointing of wires/ cables properly with required jointing materials and making wiring functional etc., complete; all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of cost of the required materials like insulation tape etc where required. (ii) Provn of point/sub main wiring including taking down of the same will be paid under relavent items. (iii) Contractor or his accredited Engineer/ representative shall collect the list of daily complaints from Complaint Cell. (iv) Contractor shall submit the daily list of all rectified/ non-rectified complaints to the Engineer-in-charge at the end of the day's work on each working day of unit/ AGE's office.

Material and Labour for point wiring with cable of PVC FRLS insulated copper multistranded conductor 1.5 sqmm 1100 volts grade in and including medium grade PVC conduit of size 20mm dia and its accessories with ISI marked and fixing arrangements on wall/ ceiling including fixing existing 3mm thick hylam sheet top cover (on wall surfaces ) to existing MS terminal box sunk in wall for housing switches/ sockets/ regulators etc., as required with and including connecting 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper earth continuity conductor to the common earth dolly etc., complete including taking down the existing unserviceable point wiring; all as specified and as directed for one ceiling fan point controlled by one switch 5 Amps, one way.

All as per Item No.28 above but for One Exhaust fan point controlled by one switch 5 Amps, one way. Note for item No.30& 31:- Item No.29 will not be measured in the locations where item No. 30/ 31 needs to be executed.

Supply and fix, Switch piano flush type 5 Amps, Single Pole one way including connecting to electrical cables and testing on completion; all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix fan regulator stepped type electronic flush/switch type, in repairs, suitable for 1200mm /1400 mm sweep fan.

Supply and fix ceiling rose (polycarbonate, isolated body) of 65 x 50mm three terminals IS marked.
