SPL REPAIR TO BOUNDARY WALL AND GIRTH PLASTER FROM WALONG DWAR TO INF MUSEUM CHOWK AT MALL ROAD UNDER GE MIS MHOW

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces, parapets including raking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 marble stone chipping 10mm nominal size) & marble dust in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Payment for providing grooves shall measured and paid seperately & Colour and pattern of grit plaster should be approved by GE.

Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions, arcches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work in CM ( 1:6 ) with using sub class `B ` modular brick straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.0mtr mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface of wall and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drain or benching in manhole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, edging including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm), complete all as specified and directed.
