Chair CB Steel without arms cushioned seat and back HFD-2044 (a) S & F Tapestry/Fabric cloth over sythetic foam 25mm thick (as approved) for seat of chair CB w/o arms including taking out old worn out Tapestry / Fabric Cloth & Foam from chairs and seat 12mm hot pressed plywood and PVC beading around the seat complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) All as per item No 7 (a) here in before but Back. Note :- (i) Cost of minor repair like welding to frame if required etc is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Chair easy steel FD-121 (M) (a) Removing old unserviceable seat and S & F new seat made out of 12 mm thick plywood both side commercial upholstered with foam 32 density into 75 mm thick covered with leatherite raxian cloath of approved best quality to be fitted with MS screw with nut and bolts of required size of seat of 560 mm x 635 mm complete all as specified and directed.

(b) All as per item No 9 (a) here in before but Back.

(c) M & L gas welding to chair easy steel frame where required by continuous welding around the broken joints and including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint black after preparation of old paint surface and also providing 04 nos new hard rubber shoes to each chair complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Cost of leatherite raxian cloth approved by GE/ Engineer-in-Charge, shall be in the range of Rs 150/- to Rs170/- approx per meter.

Couch Examination HFD-2019 (a) Removing of old foam leatherite raxion from couch examination and provision of new 50 mm thick synthetic foam of 32 density (Make-Sleepwell/Kurlon) and covering of foam with leatherite raxion of best quality complete all as per drawing and as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Cost of all type screw, pvc shoe and steel surface painting of one coat synthetic enamel paint (White)of couch examination shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Cost of leatherite raxian cloth approved by GE/ Engineer-in-Charge, shall be in the range of Rs 150/- to Rs 170/- approx per meter.

Chair CBA Steel children HFD-2046 (a) Removing old unserviceable one piece pvc seat and back of chair CBA Steel children and in lieu providing new one piece pvc seat and back including cushion seat with rexion cloth of chair as per specified in drawing with fixing material complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) Removing old unserviceable arms of chair and supply & fixing arms IInd class hardwood duly covered with 15mm foam with rexion cloth complete and including welding of steel frame the broken joints also painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint shade black & providing four nos new hard rubber shoes to each chair complete all as specified and directed.

Cabinet Filling size of (914x463x985mm) 3 compartment HFD-2038 (a) Taking out old u/s drawers from the cabinet filling and refixing the same after repair by proper welding denting and making the same proper functioning and S & F drawer channel with rolling wheel complete all as specified.

(b) S & F in replacement of unserviceable drawer both side lock with new lock size of 40 mm, 4 lever ISI marked with duplicate key complete all as specified.

(c) M & L gas welding to cabinet filling frame where required by continuous welding around the broken joints and including painting steel surface of the cabinet complete by sprey painting of synthetic enamel paint OG shade and preparation of steel surfaces (Priming with red oxide primer shall be done wherever welding is carried out for the broken joints and also replacement of old unserviceable required part and filler coat appliers after preparation of old paint surface complete all as specified and directed.

Desk stand for lecture steel HFD-1022 S & F the following new parts after removing broken/unserviceable part including tightening with screw other member of the desk stand lecture steel complete and all as specified shown on drawing. (a) 18MM thick pre-laminated particle board front side runner existing desk stand shape and size shown on drawing with 4MM thick teak wood beading shall be provided all round all as specified in drawing and directed

Table bed side steel Type-II HFD-2005 S &F in replacement of unserviceable knob 25mm and PVC Shoe with new aluminium anodized knob 25mm and PVC hard shoe of best quality including minor repair like welding and painting to steel surface of the table one quoted by spray gun with synthetic enamel paint of whitte shade after preparation of old painted surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Trolly solid linen receiver steel HFD-2013 S & F in replacement of unserviceable cloth for trolly solid linean & lid cloth with new cloth (As approved) best quality including minor repair like welding,lifting nut & bolt, wheels and painting if required, complete all as specified & as directed.

Table office clerk steel Type-II HFD-2051 (a) S & F in replacement of unserviceable Table top with new Table top made of 18 mm thick pre- laminated particle board (Exterior grade) with 4 mm thick, half round teak wood edging shall be provided all around and fixed to frame with screws complete.All exposed surfaces of wood work shall be treated with French Polish high gloss best quality and included electric welding of loose compodent by continuous welding around the broken joints all as specified and as shown on drawing.

(b) Repair to drawer/ shutter of the table by removing deep dents, welding of broken joints etc. complete all as specified.

(c) S & F in replacement of unserviceavle lock with new lock size of 40 mm , 4 lever ISI marked with duplicate key complete all as specified.

(d) S & F in replacement of unserviceable PVC shoe with new PVC shoe of best quality complete all as specified.

(e) Painting to steel and iron surface of table one quoted by spray gun with synthetic enamel paint of olive green shade after preparation of old surface complete all as specified.

Table centre two tier steel HFD-2040 S & F in replacement of unserviceable glass table top with new glass table top size of 800X550X10MM thick with rubber buffers and PVC shoe including minor repair welding and painting to steel surface of the table are coated by spray gan with synthetic enamel paint of black shade after preparation of old painted surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Chair easy wooden cushion seat and back HFD-2034 (a) Replacement of seat cushioned 75 mm thick size of 700X500mm made of cool foam (Make : Sleepwell/ kurlon ) of 32 density duly covered with well finished best quality tapestry cloth not less than Rs 250/- Per meter shade and quality shall be approved by Engr-in- charge/GE.

Charpoy GI Pipe FD-220 M&L for removing of unserviceable nylon newar from Charpoy GI Pipe, tightening of all loose components of complete charpoy such as check nuts, elbows, long rails. Short rails, legs etc and supply and fixing 12 mm thick plywood 7 ply, commercial type, BWR, exterior grade (water proof), ISI Marked, of size 1980 x 900 mm in single piece fixed on top of Charpoy GI pipe with & including supplying and fixing three nos stiffener made out of mild steel flat iron 35mmx5mm, 880mm long between long rails parallel to short rails with equal spacing and power welding duly painted with two coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer, plywood top fixed with and including mild steel galvanized iron nuts & bolts of size 70mm long x 6mm dia (Nos of bolts to be provided - 13 Nos ) with GI washers of suitable size (Heavy weight) in sufficient numbers on top of bolts to maintain the ply top in true leveled position and one GI washer on underside of each bolt for proper tightening of bolt, embossing word "MES" with height of letters 10cm on four corners of the plywood top with thick black synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified, shown on drawings and as directed. Note :- (i) The above mentioned size of plywood is firm and no tolerance in size, thickness etc shall be accepted. (ii) Plywood shall be provided in single piece in each charpoy. (iii) Elec arc welding shall be used to fix stiffeners (iv) welding rod shall be ISI marked (v) Purchase voucher of plywood shall be obtained by the contractor for authorised dealer / manufacturer and shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for removing of unserviceable long rail of charpoy GI Pipe and supply and fixing new long rail made out of GI tubing 32 mm bore medium grade ISI marked 1980mm long duly continuous welder properly at both ends as per best trade practice and also duly painted with aluminum paint on welded portion completed all as specified shown on drawings and as directed. Note :- (i) Welding on new rail shall be as per best trade practice with continuous welding and as approved by GE. (ii) Unit for measurement of this item is 'Each Job' which shall comprise of removing of one old long rails and supply and fixing of one new long rail in lieu. (iii) Electric arc welding shall be used.

Dismantling carefully unserviceable short rail of charpoy of GI Pipe and re placement by short rail made out from old long rail GI pipe retrieved under serial item No 2 here-in-before, duly continuous welded property at both ends as per best trade practice and also duly painted with aluminum paint on welded portion, compete all as specified, shown on drawings and as directed. Note :- (i) Welding on short rail shall be as per best trade practice with continuous welding and as approved by GE. (ii) Unit for measurement of this item is 'Each Job' which shall comprise of removing of one old short rail and supply and fixing of one new short rail in lieu made out of old long rail . (iii) The rate quoted for this item shall include for making of short rail by cutting form old rail in appropriate size. (iv) Electric arc welding shall be used.

Dismantling carefully unserviceable leg of charpoy of GI Pipe and replacement by leg made out fom old short rail GI Pipe retrieved under serial item No 3 here in before duly continue welded properly at one end as per best trade practice and also duly painted with aluminium paint on welded protion with and including supply and fixing mild steel 5mm thick x 35mm dia plate to the bottom of leg duly continous welded as per sheet best trade practice and aslo duly painted with two coated of aluminium paints complete all as specified shown on drawing and as directed. Note :- (i) Welding on leg shall be as per best trade practice with continuous welding and as approved by GE. (ii) Unit for measurement of this item is 'Each Job' which shall comprise of removing of one old leg and supply and fixing of one new leg ln lieu made out of old leg . (iii) The rate quoted for this item shall include for making of short rail by cutting form old rail in appropriate size. (iv) Electric are welding shall be used. (v) Welding rod shall be ISI marked.

Supply and fiixng in position GI 3 way elbow 32mm bore medium grade (B Class) ISI marked in charpoy GI Pipe including dismanlting and taking out carefully old unserviceable GI 3 way elbow 32mm bore complete all as specified shown on drawing and as directed.

Supply and fiixng in position GI check nut 6mm thick 32 mm bore medium grade (B class) ISI marked in charpoy GI pipe including dismantling and taking out carefully old unsv GI check nut complete all as sepcified shwon on drawinng and as directed.

M & L for electric welding of long rails, short rails, legs of 32 mm bore GI tubing by continuous welding around the broken joints duly painted with aluminum paint of welding portion all as sepcified and as directed. Note :- (i) Unit of measurement of this item is 'Each' which shall comprise of welding of each broken joint all as specified above/directed by Engr-in-charge. (ii) Welding rods shall be ISI marked. (iii) This item shall not be paid for srl item No 2 to 4 here-in-before.
