Work contract for Hiring of consultancy services to obtain various ISO certifications for Sanjay Gandhi Thermal Power Station Birsinghpur 4X210 MW 1X500 MW and Birsinghpur Hydel Power Station 1X20 MW Birsinghpur

A) Providing awareness training to staff and officials/ Executives.  Training on ISO 9001:2015 (QMS)  Training on ISO 14001:2015 (EMS)  Training on ISO 45001:2018(OHSMS)  Training on ISO 50001:2011 (EnMS) B) Providing assistance and guidance in designing and drafting of various documented Information, as per Integrated Management System for the opted standards. a) Drafting Integrated Policy for SGTPS covering Management System Standard. b) Assistance and guidance in drafting Documented Information i.e. : Quality risk and opportunities, Aspect Impact study report, HIRA, Energy PI, Compliance obligation, Action plan for objectives and targets. c) Circle wise Documented Information i.e. BTG and BOP activities. d) Plant operation, maintenance service related documented information. C) Providing assistance and guidance in implementation of IMS requirements throughout the plant as per the established documented information. a) Preparing the implementation plan as per the quality risk, significant environmental aspect, identified risk and energy management performance indicator. b) Assistance and guidance in management of waste generated from plant operation process, office and other maintenance activities. c) Assistance and guidance in implementing On-site emergency plan and mock drill exercises. d) Conducting Integrated Internal Auditor Training for nominated internal auditors on QMS, EMS, OHSMS & EnMS Standards. D) Guidance and assistance in conducting Internal Audit and Management Review. a) Conducting one round of Internal Audit of Quality Management System (ISO 9001: 2015), Environment Management System (ISO 14001:2015), Occupational Health and Safety management System (ISO 45001: 2018) and Energy Management System (ISO 50001:2011) covering all department, activities and function of SGTPS by the trained internal auditors. b) Management review meeting shall be conducted by the Plant Head, attended by all the circle heads. The outcomes of the meetings are recorded for taking action and follow up.

Arrangement for Recertifications as per IMS requirements. a) Liasoning with the approved certification Body (BIS or Other Private bodies accredited with NABCB/ UKAS/ JASANZ/ ANAB). b) Filing application. Get it accepted and arrange Stage I audit of QMS, EMS, OHSMS and EnMS audit by approved auditors. c) Complying the findings pointed out during stage-I audit and prepare compliance report. d) Assistance in conducting Stage-II (Certification) Audit and comply with the audit findings. e) Get SGTPS recommended for Certification and formally hand over the certificate.

Arrangement for surveillance audit of IMS and complying with audit findings for three years. a) Surveillance Audit - I (Second Year) • Assistance and guidance in conducting internal audit and management review covering all the standards. • Assistance and guidance during surveillance audit.
