TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICER WORKS AT OPS AREA AT ARAKKONAM

To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the MES standard schedule of rates 2009 (Part-I Specifications) and 2020 (Part-II Rates) herein after and in IAFW-2249 referred to as the MES schedules with Errata/ Amendment No.1 to 3 for Part-I & Errata/amendments Serial No. 1 to 122 including Section-30(Runway & Pavement) for Part-II as applicable to the said Schedules during the period of one year from the date mentioned in the Acceptance letter at the rates in the afore said MES Schedule and at such other rates as may be fixed under the provisions of condition 62 of IAFW-2249.
