Dismantling and taking out old and unserviceable earthing complete including detriorated earth plate and GI pipe etc and removal complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old and unserviceable GI /aluminium /copper main earthing leads/ lightning conductors and removal complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old and unserviceable air termination rod including mounting pipe and removal complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour in replacement of earthing complete with galvanize steel earth plate electrode 60 cms x 60 cms x6.00mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick and packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, earth lead wire 4.0 mm by means of bolts ,nuts ,check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron or steel pipe light grade 15 mm bore and water pipe 20 mm bore GI light grade (ISI marked ) with funnel and wire mesh ,including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover and all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES Sch Part-1 (2009), complete all as specified.

Ditto, but using galvanised iron strip 25 x 4 mm as earthing lead

Ditto, but using galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead

Ditto, but using copper plate 60 x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick electrode and 20 x 3 mm copper strip as earthing lead

M&L for chemical earthing with copper earth plate 90 x 60 cm x 5 mm and copper earth strip 32 x 6 mm all as specified and indicated including testing on completion.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire.

Dito but 25 x 4 mm galvanised iron strip.

Dito but 32 x 6 mm galvanised iron strip.

Dito but 32 x 6 mm copper strip.

Material & labour, Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductions above ground complete all as specified.

M&L for air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long.

M&L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex. Head screw.

M&L for copper joint with making hole 12mm with the help of electric drill machine including 12mm nut bolts washers and brazing upto 32mm x 6mm thick copper earth strip as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for aluminium joint with making hole 12mm with the help of electric drill machine including 12mm nuts, bolts and washer and aluminium welding upto 32mm x4mm thick aluminium strip as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

- do- but GI earth strip upto 32 x 6 mm thick strip and electric welding.

Supply and fix terminal point made out of porceline block heavy duty any height with galvanised iron nuts bolts as per site requirment with saddle all as directed.

Supply and laying GI tubing 40mm bore GI tubing light grade with all fitting laid in trenches, fixed to well etc all as specified and directed.

M & L comman salt with mixing watering for earthing pit complete all as specified and directed.

M & L copper sulphate (CuSo4) with mixing watering for earthing pit complete all as specified and directed.

M & L magnisium sulphate (MgSo4) with mixing watering for earthing pit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, pit cover of precast RCC (1;2:4), type B-1 reinforced XPM of weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm and MS frame plaster work inner or outer etc, complete all as specified as per SSR part-I plate No 3 .

M/L for cleaning all unwanted vegetable grass from to earth pit, with the radius of 1 Mtr apart ,cleaning in inner side and out side for earthing pit complete with three month gap measure and paid six month gap complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix earthing indicator made out of galvanised iron sheet 3 mm thick of size 30 cm x 20 cm x 60 cm height in any shape , having support of angle Iron frame stand of size 25x4 mm, two coat of super enameled first grade quality paint in yellow /Red colour over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary PCC work in 1:4:8 of size 30 cm x 30 cm x30 cm including marking as per users requirement all as directed.

Taking out old unservicable cable from trench of following sizes

150 Sqmm x 3 1/2 core

50 Sqmm x 3 1/2 core

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screended PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with standarred alluminium conductore of size 150 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screended PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with standarred alluminium conductore of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screended PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with standarred alluminium conductore of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screended PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with standarred alluminium conductore of size 16 Sqmm 2core.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screended PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with standarred alluminium conductore of size 25 Sqmm 4 core.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.50 mtr in depth and n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and getting out including forming bottom surface to required level complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. thick in soft/loose soil after the cables are laid and tested complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning with dry sand 8 cm thick below the cable and 15 cm above the cable and punned down to 10 cm from top of cable complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L of bricks as in protection of cable laid dry and flat adjacent to each other perpendicular to direction of cable direction of cable complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
